Good evening guys! PULL got smashed today it was an excellent workout! Feeling exhausted now. Blood sugar was at 3.9 post workout which is great. Insulin sensitivity still good. Going to take a rest day tomorrow and batter legs on Sunday! Are you guys training this weekend?

Hey buddy, looks like a hernia. I would get surgery done ASAP. Keeping calories very clean while your resting and not too high then increase soon as you get back into training. Good luck on the show mate!!

Hey Dean, I usually eat around 30 mins post workout. I’m usually starving after training so I’ll drive home from the gym which takes approx 30 mins then test my blood sugar and if it’s in range I’ll eat straight away!

Hey buddy, there’s plenty of healthy fats out there, my go to sources are:

Olive Oil, Nut Butter & Avocado.

I also like to replace my protein sources for ones that are slightly higher in fat like salmon and steak.

Good morning, just out doing the mandatory 25 mins cardio! Got called out to work late last night so feeling a bit tired today! I’ll get a few meals down me then head to the gym to smash PULL with the boys. I think we’re going to give the RDLs a go today haven’t done them for a long time! Should be good to see where strength is at! What are you guys training today?

Hey buddy, you look good to be honest! You could do with a bit more tissue in your lower body quads and hams for sure. Rear Delts and a little more back thickness too in my opinion. Condition is pretty good in these pics. As far as the cycle goes I think your on the right track. Could maybe even get away with 400mg Test C. Only add in some orals if you really think they’re needed. In terms of competing, in my opinion if you want to compete you should just compete. Get in the best condition you can and do a show. Then you’ll be able to really pin point your weak points and work on them in the offseason after. You should also grow a little during the prep so I wouldn’t hold off.

Good evening guys and girls!! Great Push session went down today!! Felt strong even at the end of this cruise phase. Literally a rep or two off my log book from when I was at my strongest point on cycle! Blood sugar was 4.2 post workout so well in range to eat. Plan is to rest up this evening and get some meal prep done. PULL Day tomorrow. Also guys I’ve added 20g of carbs (25g cereal) to my post workout meal.

Hey buddy, I’m not the most knowledgable in this field I’m afraid. However, I got my bloods done by Dr Matt Milner who actually does the bloods and then gives you a detailed strategy on how to resolve anything that is out of regular range. So might be worth giving someone like him a shout in this case.

Hey, I’ve never tried it BUT I would not mix tanning brands as they are different colours so it may not look right! I’m very pale and liquid sunrayz has always been the best tan for me. I’ve tried protan and jantana and neither of them beat liquid sunrayz in my opinion. Also Corinne has a discount code for liquid runrayz so you could use that.

Good morning everyone! Feeling motivated today for a good Push Session! Got in late from work last night but rested as much as I could so not feeling tooo tired! Food is obviously lower on rest days which gives my stomach a bit of a rest as it doesn’t have to work as hard. What’s your chosen pressing movements for push?

Looks like the big guys has spoken haha!! James suggested cycle looks good, higher dosages than I’ve ever done before but maybe this is what’s needed to gain that mass that I’ve been struggling to gain! We will talk more and discuss. The end product will be chosen within the next week or two!! We absolutely hammered legs yesterday!! So a rest day was needed today! Me and James went and got a good deep tissue massage. Had a walk around town to keep ourselves active and occupied! Now it’s time to rest this evening in pursuit of a phenomal Push Workout tomorrow! I can’t wait!! How often do you guys rest??
