Hey Nick, I would start with increasing calories around your workouts. I would personally use carbs as I don’t eat much fat at all around training. Gradually increase these over time and once they’re up to a fair amount start increasing calories in other meals either from fat or carbs. As the boys said just do it gradually!

Hey buddy, if you feel like that will work better for you then try it. I have carbs in every meal. My breakfast includes protein carbs and fats. What’s your current goal?

Good morning, out again doing a tired cold fasted walk! Had a awesome back workout yesterday with James at kings mitcham. Accuracy of the workout was insane. Headed off to work after the gym then met up with Haider Tim and James to play some pool and get some food (me and Tim) I’m the evening!! Who’s coming down to GymBeast and kings today to try the new supplements and meet the team?

Hey dean, me and james have done a video on trestolone, I suggest you watch that video and then review your cycle as this drug can be known to have an effect on mental state of mind. The fact that your going through some relationship stress will not be easy. I’ve been there myself and it was horrible but the situation was helpless so I had to push on and go into a dark place.

Hey dean, it does depend on how much progress your making really. I personally don’t count my steps as part of my cardio as they can vary so much for me it’s hard to keep it accurate so I will just keep fasted cardio the same and increase or decrease depending on how my body is responding. If your losing weight dramatically maybe pull back on it slightly but if your losing weight at a regular consistent rate then keep it the same. If the process slows down then increase..

Good morning guys, out on my fasted walk as usual. Phenominal chest and triceps workout yesterday! Got a lot of work done and some meal prep in the evening. Due a rest day really but Chris orders to James is to push on so we keep lifting. In an ideal situation I’d have taken a day off yesterday or today but when you have a training partner sometimes you need to sacrifice and help cater to their goals and their needs and make sacrifices for them. Literally feeling like I’ve been hit by a car though! Training back this afternoon so should still have a good workout even though tired. I’m thinking of adding some primobolan to my cycle at a 300mg dose, I’ve never really had much experience with this drug before. Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences with it?

Hey Dean, it shouldn’t be from them foods but does depend what else your eating through the day. Also after dieting for long periods of time I do tent to get a little constipated myself as I feel like I get to a point where my body needs much more calories than I’m eating so everything I’m eating is being absorbed into my body and there is not much wastage left after..

Good morning!! Took some join in and glutamine before going on my fasted walk today. Gotta shoot off to work then hopefully meet james and big hooded man in gym in the early afternoon for a chest workout. We haven’t had much rest days due to our schedules so I am getting a bit tired especially after the leg workout yesterday that was a tough one we really pushed the limit. How do you guys organise rest days?

    Yes I agree totally mate.
Those tougher days are becoming more often now i’m pushing strength up via progressive overload etc and working my sessions at a higher intensity. I’ve never had to be so conscious of my recovery rate than I am being now..it’s all new territory to me. My day job is also pretty demanding at times so i’ve contemplated splitting my sessions up into two smaller sessions morning and evening. Exactly the same volume but just shorter sessions as i’m finding that i’m fading towards the end of my workouts. What’s your thoughts on this mate? I’m currently doing Ham/Back and Quad/Push sessions with a rest day in between each session so the exercise selection is greater in number than my previous sessions.

Hi Tom, you may definitely benefit recovery wise from doing a larger split. Even me and James have changed from Push Pull Legs to a different split you can see in my training profile on the log because we was struggling to recover from these sessions!

Hi Nick, back in the day I would have trained through it and it would feel like it was taking forever for me to recover. As I’ve got older I realised you just need to rest. So I will take a few days off, eat enough food for recovery and get as much sleep as possible!

Hey buddy, it can happen yes. Remember these vials aren’t made in legit pharmaceutical labs so they’re never going to be super accurate even with regard to dosages. Also you might be losing a little oil within the pin and pump which after 10 shots will add up.

Good morning guys just out in the rain doing some fasted cardio. Cold today! Had a really good delt and bicep session yesterday it was very isolation based and the pumps were insanely good. Met up with Tim for some food after as he’s still just post show so need to show him all the good spots in London!! Got called out to work at night but managed to get in bed by 11 so sleep wasn’t too bad. Hitting legs with the lads today so it’s going to be a tough one! Legs feel like they come around so quickly these days!!

Honestly I go through phases of enjoying training on my own or with someone. I suppose there’s pros and cons to both. I like training with someone when it comes to having someone there to help finish those last couple of reps and feel that “security” of having a spotter etc but sometimes I just like to focus on my own thing and be a bit of loner with my headphones on!
If I had to pick one to be superior for progression I do think that training with someone is more beneficial given they are the right someone. There’s nothing you miss out on really from training on your own but there’s a few things you miss out on the other way around (training without a training partner).
Of course…if you have some gob-shite who just wants to talk about last nights football training with you then i’ll train alone every time!

Haha yes if you do have a training partner and your a serious lifter they have to be in the same mentality. Amongst helping with the forced Reps etc I do find that when I’m having a bad day or a tired day james will help lift my spirit in the gym and I will do so when he has them off days. That’s always a positive thing!

Hi mate, have you ever used growth hormone or peptides in the past?

Hi Harry, I tried GH back in 2015 it was Chinese I think it was called Hygetropin I’ve not tried it since. It’s not something I’ve ever really been able to afford but I have spoken to a few guys on the team recently and they have me thinking I should give it a go again so might implement again soon. What’s your experience with it? I’ve never tried peptides.

I have never used it but looking into it. How did you find hygetropin? Again pharma isn’t reallly in the budget unfortunately [/quote]
I didn’t really notice any difference hence why I never used it again. When I’m using Anabolics I can feel I’m on them. I never felt like anything was ever happening. I think it’s pharma GH or nothing if I was going to use it again. I wouldn’t waste money on generic.
