It helps me digest food a lot better throughout the day. However I’m an emergency locksmith so if I get called out of bed for work and then I don’t have time to do it fasted I will just do it post workout or before bed. I wouldn’t stress too much about it.

Hi Tom, I get this a lot. The super fast acting carbs post workout gives me a huge spike then 2 hours later I hit rock bottom. However I have structured my diet to have carbs in my post post workout meal to combat this problem. I think where your going ProFat before bed it’s leaving your blood sugar really low. My advice would be to swap that for a pro carb meal. Or add some slower releasing carbs into your post workout so lower the spike.

LouisMoylanHi mate,
It’s good to know it’s not just me then! I think when things like this happen for the first time you never know whether its normal(ish) or not.
Advice I’ve got seems pretty unanimous then…a few carbs thrown in post post seems to be the way. I’ll see how things go over the next few days using that approach and keep you posted.
Cheers everyone! [/quote]
It certainly is mate! Yes fine that a go and come back to us let us know how your getting on!!LouisMoylan

Hi buddy, I have to agree with Haider. It is a decent protein but I would always opt for an isolate. Supplement needs do a great protein powder.

Good morning guys, just out now doing my fasted cardio. Had a rest day yesterday, body was tired so it was needed. Worked most of the day then managed to get some paperwork done in the evening which had been stressing me out. I was up late getting it done so I’m a little tired today but I do feel a lot better now it’s done! Going to hit Delts and biceps later with the big man and the giant in the black hoodie. Do you guys train alone? Or do you have a training partner or partners? What’s your thoughts on both..

Hi mate, have you ever used growth hormone or peptides in the past?
Hi Harry, I tried GH back in 2015 it was Chinese I think it was called Hygetropin I’ve not tried it since. It’s not something I’ve ever really been able to afford but I have spoken to a few guys on the team recently and they have me thinking I should give it a go again so might implement again soon. What’s your experience with it? I’ve never tried peptides.

A lot of people cycle carbs and I have done so beforehand. If it’s working then stick with it!!

Supplement needs is a good alternative. Give them a go I think you still might be able to get 5% off using TrainedByJP.

Hey buddy, it shouldn’t make much of a difference at all but I have to agree with most of the guys if your deadly serious about making improvements it’s something I wouldn’t personally do. When I’m on prep I don’t drink at all and in the offseason it’s a rare thing, only a few pints at a rugby game or a birthday event or something. This isn’t often and I wouldn’t make it a regular occurrence.

Good evening! Today was meant to be a rest day but on Chris orders to James we ended up training Back. It was a great session. We started off with some pullover activation movement then moved onto an underhand pull down, then we hit a chest supported high db row which hits a lot of traps, rhomboids and rear Delts. We then moved onto a low underhand cable row then we hit a wide behind he neck pull down. Finished off with some hex bar deadlifts and calves and it was a wrap!

Hi mate,
Thanks for lengthy reply to both my questions – mrs competed yesterday and work mental so please don’t think I was being rude not thanking you until now – genuinely appreciated.
Cycle wise – Ive never done an ‘out and out mass cycle’ its always been in a dieting phase except an oral cycle when I was too young and uneducated. Currently on tren a and test 5 days out (stops jabs now though) but was considering moving into a test and mast little rebound blast for 4/5 weeks before me and other half jet off to the Caribbean at start of December… seems like a good opportunity to pull drugs then, start PCT when I get back… see where I am at the new year!Hey Reece,
No worries buddy! Yes that sounds like a good idea come off the harsh drugs like tren and any orals then when your away give your body a rest!

Sani, for me that’s a lot of fat to have before training. I would struggle to digest all of that before training which would stop blood flow to the muscle as it’s being used for digestion. My go to pre workout meal is skyr yoghurt and rice krispie treats/ Ricecakes. They digest super fast for me and I find I can have a much better workout with an empty stomach!
