During the latter part of prep I’m tired all the time and when calories are super high I also get tired from my body processing all the food? Are you trying to lose fat? Or gain weight? What’s the purpose of the cardio?

Hey buddy, I use glutes and lats mostly. Delts if I’m using faster acting substances that require more oil and make me want to spread the sites out even more! I stay away from quads since I had a few bad experiences!

007, I do agree with Tim. For me the muscle round is to maximise blood volumisation in the particular muscle. The amount of reps your doing in a short space of time it isn’t really a strength building exercise in my opinion. I like to use forced reps and rest pause sets to improve strength. Muscle round and drop sets for me like I said are blood volumisers so don’t worry if your not progressing on them lifts they’re still a great tool.

Good evening guys, great push session completed at kings today with James Tim and Big Damien. Hit a PB on the flat barbell bench press so it was a productive session. Blood glucose reading was around 3.8 after workout so insulin sensitivity is still pretty good. Cardio felt a lot better today than it was on leg day. Pump was great and even energy was pretty awesome considering I got called out to work in the middle of the night so only managed to get around 4 hours sleep. Resting up this evening then smashing pull tomorrow. Enjoy your evening guys

I personally prefer cardio fasted. Even on rest days however I’m not currently doing cardio on rest days as I’m trying to gain weight. I don’t have any supplements before or during cardio only water making sure I am fully in a fasted state then!

Good evening guys! Rest day today. Work was pretty busy all day it’s 10pm and I jusy got home. Dropped carbs out of my last 2 meals today as I’ve been feeling a little sluggish. Cardio felt like it was becoming a factor in my leg session yesterday so I will have to keep an eye on that as I don’t want to get to a point where I’m reading cardiovascular failure before muscular failure. Training push tomorrow at kings with James and Tim who’s just moved to the area so look forward to getting some sessions and filming in with him. Have a nice evening everyone and I hope your having a productive week and all training and eating hard!

Okay, I might give lats a go sometimes then!
Also: Why is no one pinning VG (ventrogluteal)? It’s easy to reach and is always smooth like butter.Give it a go! I’ve tried it I just like to rotate sites often!

2 ml in glutes and a ml in delts have never done anywhere else dont think i dare lol
I’m a bit weary to try other sites! I would never do my arms! I think lats, glutes and Delts for now!

what size needles do you use for lats? might give it a go ????[/quote]
I always use a 1” Blue, but been using 1” Orange lately to help with scar tissue. It’s a bit harder to push the oil out the pump but seems to be going in ok.LouisMoylan

Hey buddy, this isn’t really my expertise so hopefully Dr Dean and Hilly can give you more detailed answers. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure your eating from good healthy food sources, I would avoid any processed foods if I was worried about having any health issues.

Hey 007, as Corinne says it’s totally person independant. I would suggest as she mentions to keep carbs in post workout without fats to aid fast digestion and absorbing into your muscles. With the other meals depends on your goal. If I’m trying to gain weight personally I usually have carbs in every meal and very low fats throughout the day only really from protein sources such as beef and some whole eggs. When I’m trying to lean out I will cut a few carb meals and replace them for fats however I try and make sure these meals are away from training.

Good morning guys and girls! Great arm workout at kings yesterday with James! Trained some abs after. We rotate abs and calves every day so they’re both getting hit 3 times a week. How do you guys train calves and abs? We usually go for 4 sets of failure on just 1 exercise
