anything over a ml in glutes, 1ml and under in delts… never tried delts or anywhere else for that matter… quad and lats most tempting but not confident on it at all!
I used to do quads years ago but I had a few times where I couldn’t move my leg immediately after the jab for about 10 mins which scared me so never done it again!

2 ml in glutes and a ml in delts have never done anywhere else dont think i dare lol
I’m a bit weary to try other sites! I would never do my arms! I think lats, glutes and Delts for now!

Glute, VG and delts. That makes me hit each spot once a week. In the past I tried quads, chest and lats, but chest and quads were horrible and with lats i have a problem with pinning them right myself… Always felt like I’d screw up the angle. Any tips?
For lats I literally stand in front of a mirror with my arm right up in the air and then use my other arm to inject right into the chunky part of the lat you can see from the front in an Abs and thigh shot. Never had an issue with lats! Definitely a good spot:

It does depend on the individual really. I usually go 125mg/ week in one jab only per week. I tried a little high last cruise but felt no difference so dropped back down to 125.

Good morning guys. Out doing my fasted walk! Never missing it again!!! Had a great pull workout yesterday however I pinned my Delts beforehand and I haven’t pinned them for years!!! It was very uncomfortable during training so I wouldn’t suggest doing that and I won’t be doing that again! I usually stick to glutes and lats. What sites do you guys use?

Good afternoon, I was absolutely shattered this morning so when my alarm went off I said fuck that and ditched the fasted cardio!! However I wish I didn’t miss it as I felt it straight away after meal 1 my digestion wasn’t as good and my appetite was absolutely shot! Just goes to show how important that offseason cardio is!! Smashed a fresh back session at kings with James and Nathaniel. Feeling tired now going to chill and get my meals in and go out and do some cardio this evening. Arm day tomorrow so shouldn’t be too taxing on the body. What are you guys training Monday?

Nothing wrong with eating oats post workout. However as Clare mentions something fast absorbing like cereal or fruit would be a bit more optimal.

Hi Ian, as James said I think Jordan has done a few videos on this so check them out. If it was me I would do a push dominant upper followed by a quad dominant lower then rest then do a pull dominant upper workout followed by a hamstring and glute dominant lower session followed by another rest day.

Good evening guys!! Rest day today, managed to get all the meals in today easily. Had a really productive chest and Delt workout yesterday so wanted to make sure rest was optimal today! Hitting PBs in the gym so want to make sure recovery is on point!

I paid £260 for mine however the accuracy was superb as it was taken privately and the response time was great. Also got given plenty of information on the exact results themself. So I didn’t mind spending the extra money. There are cheaper methods online but I’m not sure if I trust the quality and accuracy of the tests. So would rather spend an extra £100 and know I’m getting exact results.
