    Have to agree with Clare on this. I’ve had similar problems but I’ve always strived for Condition over fullness.

    Hey buddy. If you got your nutrition in line and training on point there’s no reason why you can’t grow muscle and get leaner at the same time. Just depends how bad you want it.

    Good evening everyone! After waking up 2.5kgs lighter today I have tried to put a little food and fluid in today. Stomach is still really uncomfortable. Hopefully wake up feeling better tomorrow to hit a Push Session at the gym!

    Good evening guys! I hope you’ve had a productive week! It’s a rest day today and I have been in bed all day with food poisoning! Haven’t eaten a thing all day feel really exhausted and weak and obviously vomiting etc! Keeping water high and hoping I can get some food in tomorrow. I’m due to train legs so let’s see how I feel in the morning. Are you guys training this weekend?

    Hi Adam, thank you! I don’t use HGH but in an offseason on a cruise I would use 125mg Test Enanthate and on a offseason blast 450mg Test Enanthate along with 300mg Nandrolone. Pretty basic low doses for me I’m not a huge guy so..

    Pretty reasonable doses I have to say. Are you using anything to control estrogen/prolactin?

    Not sure if this was for me but I am not using anything. Just something I am interested about and like to educate myself.

    Probably if I was sure I had the genetic potential…

    When you say micro dosing how do you go about figuring how much of both you need or is it more like trial and error.

    Hey buddy, just a small dose will help with aromatization especially when Test is low.

    Hey Matt, food focus has definitely gone! Definitely growing even tho I’m just on cruise and getting stronger in the gym! Will push the food up soon. How’s yours going?

    Hey buddy, firstly you need to evaluate what your goal is. If your trying to lose fat and not doing so unless you go for these late walks then cut the walks down and cut your calorie intake down with it. Depends what your trying to achieve.

    Hey buddy, with Meal one being low carbs and high fats I’d go with steak, Whole Eggs and egg whites. You could do something similar before bed. With the pro carb meals in the day the usual meals like chicken and rice and whey and cereal post workout in that really high carb meal. What are you eating now?

    Hey buddy, have you tried doing some fasted cardio in the morning? This always helps me with appetite in the morning. Also if it’s a big problem you’ll have to try and reschedule your meals so that your are eating more spread out in the day not just all before bed.

    Good morning guys, had a phenomenal Push session at kings yesterday. The new arsenal strength chest press is a great addition to the gym! Body is still feeling really beat up from training legs!     just higher volume oats, higher volume of potatos in my carb meals during the day and cereal post workout! Nothing crazy… just a higher day really!! still… best day of the week until you wake up hungry the day after!! haha

    It does kill you! Carbs can be a menace when your hungry!!

    Fasted AM Cardio, workshift from 10 hours. And restday from the gym. Tomorrow its big time quad day????

    Thanks, i have a kind of similar quad workout.

    Leg ext 3 sets with drop sets

    Hack squat 1 load 1 back off

    Legpress feet close and low 1 load 1 back off

    Hamstring curl 3 sets with dropsets

    Lunges 3 sets max reps

    Makes me crippled for 3 days. And Sunday i have my hamstring day. Makes me also 3 days crippled. Conclusion: im always crippled ????[/quote]
