Hey guys, long day at work yesterday. Got home too late to train so chilled for a bit watching tv before bed. The double shifts should die down a bit now so looking forward to getting more training in. Up early today for a fasted tennis hit. Then off to work.

Hey buddy, I’m with Peter here. Pics pre meal so I can decided what’s required for that particular meal dependant on the look of the athlete.

Morning guys, ended up working longer than expected yesterday so didn’t make it to the gym. Up super early today working on site. Will train if I’m not back too late.

Hey buddy, personally I would try and increase recovery on those bodyparts before hitting them again. So either adding more rest or changing the volume/ frequency of the training.

Hey buddy, personally I would wake up and eat something like yogurt and caramel Ricecakes then sip mps max and performance fuel during training.

Hey buddy, personally if you don’t have much time to train due to other commitments then I would suggest doing full body workouts or atleast upper/ lower workouts so that you can cover a lot in one session.

Hi Domingo, out of those I definitely would start with yohimbine if I was you. Have you tried having a high carb day? Sometimes when weight stalls, a refeed day can help put your body back into a good place.

Hey buddy, I used to accept this pain in my lower back after leg press, back squats and deadlifts and after 15 years of training realised I had 2 slipped discs in my spine. So I would say no don’t accept the pain. Make adjustments, work on flexibility, adjust rep ranges/ foot position. Of your still in pain after then I wouldn’t do the movement, find something else. That’s my personal take on it from my experience.
