Good morning guys, me and James have come up with a plan for the offseason cruise cycle along with the advice of Jordan himself so when I’m back from holiday I will go into a cruise phase which is a little higher than I’d normally do but going to give some new things a try this year in the hopes to pack on some serious tissue that’s needed on my frame! I’ve never really used GH before so it will be interesting to see how that effects my body! The cruise cycle is below. Hit me up if you have any questions. We are still working on our diet and training protocol but we will update soon.

    Test Cyp – 250mg/ week
    Mast E – 50mg/ Week
    GH – 2iu Daily
Tamoxifen – 10mg Every Other Day

Hi Louis. Shit that couldn’t compete wank federation anyway still sour about losing the ifbb Pro card. What are you doing with diet and drugs whilst in Barbados.

    Hi Josh,

I will do my last injection the day I leave. I’m away for 7 days then I will start my cruise cycle when I land back in the uk. I don’t like to take drugs abroad!

In terms of diet, I’ve got an apartment so I will probably eat clean most of the day and then head out for dinner in the evening. I don’t think the food will be really unhealthy there probably end up eating mostly chicken fish and rice while away!

Hey buddy, it depends on the person really. Most important thing is that it has to be super easily digestible for you. I like fat free yoghurt with whey and some caramel Ricecakes or something. It’s very light and digests within 30/60 mins for me.

Very interesting topic! I have quite bad OCD and I actually usually have specific outfit I feel most comfortable in training each bodypart! So for legs I might say like to wear a specific black T-shirt and then for chest I might wear a slightly tighter grey T-shirt! Call me strange but it is what it is haha!

Good morning guys! Back to training fasted again for the next few days. I’ve given myself a few days off the diet but we are working on an offseason training, diet and drug protocol plan which I will keep you posted on soon. I’m away on holiday this week so I’ll get a few sessions in while away. If you have questions about how I’m feeling after the weekend, the old diet/ new diet and current training plan hit me up below guys! Training legs with the big man today and I believe big Chris will be filming so I will post the training session later. Not training to failure for the next week or so to let our bodies recover a little.

Hi Dan! Thanks so much and thanks for the message! I’ve been quite lucky to be honest injury wise I tore my hamstring a few years back playing rugby and I’ve always had a little shoulder injury! I tend to train quite smart and with very very strict form I am always complimented on how good my form is. I think stretching and warming up is important to staying injury free I do a lot of warm up sets before I begin my working sets but I am a little lazy with stretching I should do more! Usually do a little after but that’s it. Calves I like to try and train every other day. Any exercise and do 4 sets of failure on that exercise and that’s it. I choose a different exercise every time. Outside training I like to cook and eat. I really love my food. I also love playing rugby but I tend not to do this too much as that is often very injury prone. I like bike riding, playing tennis, travelling. All sports really! I like going to the cinema and doing activities. Also love baking haha which you probably wouldn’t think that’s something a bodybuilder would be into! I am on call 24/7 with my work so it’s also hard to get out and do things at times. It’s a little different now that I’m older as I do take more time off but for years and years I didn’t go anywhere or do anything and I was just waiting at home for the phone to ring! I try to be a lot more social now! I’m also very very close with my family so I like to spend a lot of time with them!

Thanks for the detailed reply it’s great to get an insight into your mindset, in and outside of bodybuilding. I totally agree on the warming up point. I often get a few funny looks doing stretches, but you’ve gotta get it done. I also played rugby in the past, but like you said the injury risk is so high for me it was impossible to go a season without getting injured. I will look further into my form and make sure I’m being strict. Interesting on the calfs part, I’ll have to try that and I’ll let you know how I get on!. Sounds like we have a lot in common I also love my travelling, where have been?. When I finished university I did the obligatory Thailand trip, and stopped off in Bali for about a month which is the most beautiful place I’ve seen and there’s so much to do scuba diving, kayaking, climbing, snorkelling and the list goes on. [/quote]
I’ve been all over mate! A lot in Europe to be fair! Caribbean, Northern America, Australia! Lots of places I like to see the world! Don’t worry about the funny looks when stretching! It’s all about keeping yourself healthy and injury free!

Awesome to see you competing last minute! What was the reasoning for the ban in the NPC? Damn. Following this log!

Hey Buddy! I competed in the NPC trying to earn an IFBB Pro Card but didn’t place and for feedback from the judges after that I’m too small at the moment to be competitive. Coming in 8kgs under the weight limit for my height: Realistically it’s going to take me atleast a few years to acquire the kind of muscle to be competitive there. So I decided to try and become an IFBB Elite Pro in which the weight limit is a little lower so I could probably be a bit more competitive there for a few years. This would keep me active. However because I competed at that NPC show, the ukbff have given me a 3 month suspension. So I basically prepped for the show and turned up and got told I wasn’t allowed to compete which was really disappointing to be honest. So probably the best thing for me to do now is to have a good offseason and try to compete again with the NPC in a year or two time and see where I stand! We will see though I haven’t actually decided what I want to do yet!

Hey mate, I’ve always wondered this and never know the answer to be honest! I just always thought that when all the water is out of the raw chicken that cooked weight was what you went off! Me and James have done it like this since we started Bodybuilding! Maybe we are over eating on the protein a little then haha! Thanks for the information though it really helps! Always learning in this sport it’s so amazing!

Good morning guys! Just an update! I decided to do a last minute show, so I drove 3 hours down to wales early this morning to complete in the ukbff welsh show in the hopes to qualify to compete in the diamond cup Barbados ifbb elite pro qualifier next weekend! Unfortunately I got turned away and banned for competing with the NPC back in March. Obviously I’m extremely disappointed but it is what it is so I’ll be heading into my offseason soon. My flights were booked already so I’ll be going on holiday to Barbados next week and then when I get home I will get started on a productive offseason to build some more mass to help me be competitive in the NPC as an amateur. Any questions hit me up below! If your coming to the 2 bros pros event tomorrow I will be floating around at the stand if you have any questions or anything feel free to ask me! Thanks guys and have a lovely weekend make sure you enjoy the beautiful weather we have at the moment!

Hi Buddy, I’ve always had super small ankles and joints which make my lower leg look tiny!! I’ve trained them all types of ways! What works best for me is every other day. 4 sets of failure on any calf exercise. Usually start at around 15-20 rep range and stick with the same weight and my reps may slightly lower each set. I don’t have flex Lewis calves by any meals but he did compliment me on them when I saw him yesterday haha so they can’t be that bad coming from the calf king!

Louis when lean like now do you find strength dips. Especially in the fasted sessions? Obviously guys like us at a lower BW I find holding ridiculous strength can be difficult

Hi Josh, to be honest I haven’t lost much strength since I was in the offseason. I’ve always seen it as if you’ve built that muscle to lift them weights you should be able to maintain it through the prep. I could have potentially lost a little on some exercises but not noticeably. The fasted sessions have been tough due to lack of sleep also.
