Hey buddy, if your going to be eating less calories than usual I wouldn’t change anything. Try to get as close to your macros as you can. Take food with you that doesn’t need cooking and try hit your numbers from that. It can be done it just depends how badly you want to stay on track..

Hi Guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Got called out to work on the way to the gym so had to leave james to train alone. Managed to get in the gym 3 hours later. I had already eaten my pre workout meal so I didn’t manage to eat again before I trained. So I was up a little late eating trying to get all my meals in. Had a great workout at kings. It’s ok sometimes to have to adjust your training and meals when things get in the way. Unfortunately with my work I can be called upon anytime and I have to go. How do you guys manage food and training around work?

Hey Buddy,
That would definitely bulk the meal out a bit more but you do get to a point when dieting where no matter what you eat for breakfast your going to hungry so at some point you’ll have to embrace it!

Hi Buddy,
I personally prefer to increase activity and keep food high. So I would increase cardio and keep food where it is for now. Only drop food when it’s really necessary. I’ve done up to 2 hours of cardio 7 days a week before so your not doing a lot at all so there’s definitely room for it to be increased.

Well done Louis being added to the TBJP Team!
If you’re an enhanced athlete, what does an offseason look like for you? TRT, HGH, etc?
Thank you.
Hi Adam, thank you! I don’t use HGH but in an offseason on a cruise I would use 125mg Test Enanthate and on a offseason blast 450mg Test Enanthate along with 300mg Nandrolone. Pretty basic low doses for me I’m not a huge guy so..Pretty reasonable doses I have to say. Are you using anything to control estrogen/prolactin?

Hey buddy, just using 1/2 tab tamoxifen 3 times a week. The micro dose of masteron will also help with this! What do you use?_________________________________________

It was a Ultimate physiques in barnet… theyre first ever show… however i qualified in UKUP after placing third for their national finals… size wise i smashed it but condition wise i needed another 2-3 weeks i think… i ended up doing 3 shows in 3 weeks and after the first one i ended up with a severe bloat problem and couldnt get rid of it… left me vascular but even when holding in my waist was like a GH gut and ruined that X frame.. huge shame… but other guys at the national finals who ive found had that extra few weeks worth of condition but size wise i have no concerns! Exciting to see what happens!
Bodybuilding just brings more extra finer details, even just during preparation for stage with routines etc doesn’t it… but touch wood everything else in my life is in a good spot so no better time to really push on! Awkward mindset of wanting to do the prep and try to win the nationals… or back off and pack on as much size as i can over 18-24 months! But soldier on and see where I place!Whens your next show?
Yeah you need to pick the short term goal and stick with it. Bodybuilding isn’t going anywhere and bodybuilding isn’t an overnight process. So be patient with it! Good luck got the finals if you do it!

Hey buddy, looking good so far. I’ve only don’t carb cycling once a long long time ago and I used to do:
Medium
Medium
Low
High
Low
LowBut you can always adjust the macros within the cycle each week or two so make your high and lower days slightly lower if your body stops losing fat.

Good morning guys! Friday is finally here! I hope your all ready for the weekend! Just doing some fasted cardio ready to smash a huge leg session with James today! Back to the good old Days! Probably be training over the weekend. Adjusting diet slightly the next few days so will post when it’s set in place. Booked in a blood test with Dr Matt Milner for September as he came highly recommended. He’s based in Maidstone but works a clinic out of MuscleWorks Orpington once a week so I will keep you guys posted on how that goes. What are you guys training today? Anyone training this weekend? Coming down to kings?

Morning mate!
Yeah i dont think you can go wrong with Medichecks from experience! But I am Birmingham based and going to an outsourced but partnered clinic youll always get good and bad i suppose!
Sounds awesome! I met you and James just before his first of a few shows back start of June when I was 4/5 weeks out myself and felt awful – i have huge admiratin for you both but never seen the size and condition of someone like James up close before and probably didnt pay enough attention to the fact that my actual goals fall more in line with your look!
Edd Corney is my ideal physique although im up closer to 6ft… I have national finals in a smaller fed come October… then 18-24 months off to grow and try to leap from physique to classic – every bit of feedback ive had off people, judges from 3 shows etc that my body looks much more bodybuilder like, if not size then just the lines and the way posing comes naturally to me.
Id love to win a bodybuilding show not physique. Winning a physique show was pretty cool no matter the size as it was my first… but to do a routine, to bring the crazy condition and present as a bodybuilder in a decent standard and win it would be everything! I come from international cricket and rugby background so its a sobering experience to not find a sport pretty easy, no team mates etc but I love it! But i miss coming out on top every week!!! haha
Hi Reece! Yes it’s very different going from a sport like rugby to bodybuilding! In them kind of sports your competing every weekend! With bodybuilding so much time and preparation goes into 1 competition it’s so much different! Winning a physique show is a huge achievement bro winning any show is. Physique is no different to classic or bodybuilding we are all athletes and are all fighting to be the best in our category. All working as hard as eachother. Will be exciting to move to BB if your physique is more suited to that. Will be motivating for you to put on that size! Good luck for October! What federations is it?

I personally like to leave minimum 2-3 hours between meals. Otherwise I’m simply not digesting them before I’m eating the next one. I guess you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do in prep but if this is a regular occupancy you may want to restructure your diet and macros so your eating 5 meals instead of 6 or whatever to make things more manageable.
