Really enjoying the log as have watched your progress through Instsa/Videos with James and really admire your work ethic & physique. Do you have much veg within your diet? A lot of your meals (in photos) ie Cod/Rice seem to be quite small. How do you get on with hunger levels?Hi Matt, thanks so much! I don’t actually have much veg at all in my diet! Lucky if I have 1 meal a day with veg in it! It’s bad I should have more really! The meals are small when trying to pull condition in and hunger is a daily occurance but I just push it to the back of my mind and focus on the end goal!

I personally use my spin bike indoors as I can do it fasted and saves me a lot of time. I do like an incline walk and the cross trainer can be useful if the level is high enough! Never used stairs as always got on pretty well with the above!

Good morning guys! Trained chest fasted today with James! Mixed the schedule up a bit today. Still having problems with my stomach it feels very irritated. See how today goes and then maybe adjust again tomorrow if needed! Any questions about today’s workout hit me up below!

Hi mate, yes I never push the drugs too hard! With regard to the offseason I usually do a very similar approach to James as our body’s usually respond in similar ways and we’re both always evolving and coming up with new ideas! We will let you guys know as soon as we have a plan in place!

Your condition is outrageous. Can I ask why the sustanon over test p?
I like to keep long and slow in there together. I compete abroad a lot and I don’t like to take Anabolics with me so tend to stay away from prop as if I don’t inject it for a week it can mess my test levels up a little. Condition is ok just now pushing to be a little tighter at the moment. It’s coming in slowly!

Just keep adjusting as your weight and fat drops. You’ll need to adjust calorie intake to keep the progression going!

Are you using any fat burners currently Louis and are you still on cruise dose of 125?
Hi Josh, I am using fat burners and Anabolics at the moment. Fat burners I’m using 40mcg Clen, 1 Tab T3 & 1/2 Tab T4 Daily. Anabolics are Sustanon 300mg, mast prop 300mg & Tren a 300mg. I will be off cycle after the next few weeks and back down to a cruise of 125mg test cyp probably.

Good morning guys! Weight dropped down to 80.6 this morning. So the carbs with the meals definitely helped! Stomach feels a bit better so will follow the same today and see what happens! Training back in the afternoon! Have a productive day guys!

could it be the type of fats that aren’t sitting well? I know sometimes oils can cause issue for some people?

Hey Corinne, it could be but I’ve used profat rest days for years and used olive oil as a fat source and never had a problem so not sure what has caused it! Feeling a little better today as the fats have been low. See how I am over the next few days and adjust accordingly!

Hey Guys, just wrapped up a great shoulder session with James and Arj. Hit some calves after and now doing some post workout cardio. Still feeling flat today but pushing on as we still need to pull some fat off. Going to get a deep tissue on my back today as feeling a bit tense. Any questions about today’s workout or anything just hit me up below!

Good morning guys, just doing some Fasted cardio. Weight has dropped to 81.1kgs today. Stomach still feels a bit uncomfortable but we’ll see how the change in diet today effects that! This for this week going to follow the diet below:
M1 – 400g Egg Whites, 3 Plain Ricecakes
M2 – 200g Turkey, 50g Oats
M3 – 200g Cod, 125g Rice Cooked, 10g Olive Oil
Intra – MPS x 2 Servings
M4 – 400g Egg Whites, 2 x Bagels with Low Sugar Jam
M5 – 200g Cod, 125g Rice Cooked
M6 – 50g Whey ISO, 35g Oats
So the fat content is much lower than current which I’m hoping speeds up digestion. I’ll keep you guys posted! Cardio is currently at 50 Mins LISS Fasted along with 20 Mins LISS Post Workout! Have a productive day guys!

Good evening guys! So after a nice weekend off the gym I am really looking forward to training tomorrow! I’ve had no carbs for the past 2 days and I’m feeling super exhausted and flat as a pancake! Also slightly struggling a little with digestion which is strange as food has been low. I’m going to adjust my diet slightly for next week will post tomorrow what I decide to do with it. Probably lower fats quite substantially to help aid fast digestion for now. Also going to have a ProCarb meal before bed tonight so hopefully I can get a decent sleep and help boost my metabolism! 50g Whey ISO and 85g Oats! Any questions just comment below!
