Hi Ryan, you can always find slight variations of the same movement so for instance flat chest press could be performed with a barbell, dumbells, smith machine, machine press.. that’s 4 variations without even adding any incline or decline changes to the movement. So if you think about your other exercises you can definitely find variations of movements fairly easily.

Morning guys, another 14 hour shift yesterday at work. Feel like I haven’t trained for a while and starting to impact me a little negatively but I know I will be able to train soon. I know a lot of people say there’s always time you have to make time and I’ve always said that to other people but the way I feel after these long days it’s not possible. I got in around 7:30pm last night and mentally I felt like going to the gym but my body was extremely exhausted I was out of breath to walk upstairs and I know my body I know I’m not going to be doing anything productive in the gym. Anyway up at 5am again today. Long day ahead.

Hey buddy, personally I would try and get something a little more substantial in like a yoghurt with some granola and fruit or something. That’s still going to digest pretty quickly but likely to give you a better workout.

Morning guys, did a 14 hour shift yesterday. Ate and went to bed. The rest of the week is going to look pretty similar but need to bang this work out and get this project over the line. Next week should be able to get a better week of training in.

Hey buddy, I don’t have a lot of experience with it personally but from what I’ve read it looks like it could be a good supplement. If it’s not too expensive then don’t see why you can’t add it in.

Was up Saturday from 7am working and finished at 5pm. Had a tennis match at 6pm which was men’s singles tournament which I lost. Pretty exhausted after ate and went to bed. Body was not in a good place for the matches, suffering from exhaustion and fatigue. Need to rest. Up at 7:30am today for work.

Hi Buddy, personally I like 3 rotations for PPL programmes, with completely different pressing movements/ rep ranges im each. That allows you time to recover from each specific moment and in term a little more time for progression. I like to keep volume the same, 2 sets per exercise with one loading set and one back off set. Chest can be a slow burner to build size and strength but stick with it and experiment with new things if need be. You might be over pressing at times.

Hey Buddy, I’ve trained a bro split for the majority of my years of training and found great progress from that. I often train for 45-60 mins, sometimes a little more on back and leg days. If your training hard, eating your meals and sleeping well it can be very optimal!

Hey buddy, personally for me I don’t think your eating enough food. I think you need more carbs and fats. This might not be sustainable for long periods of time and also if you start dropping calories when weight loss stalls your going to find yourself on extremely low calories. I’m sure you would still lose weight on 3000+ calories of clean food consistently then that would give you more room to play with as diet goes on.
