Hi buddy, it doesn’t matter too much when you take it. A lot of people take it post workout but personally I take it in the morning and before bed.

Hey buddy. Are there any movements at all that don’t bother your knee & hip? How bad is the pain? Does it hurt even when you train light?

Morning guys, busy day yesterday. Mixture of work and errands. Hit a rehab session in the late afternoon then went to play my tennis tournament match. Men’s doubles which we won and dominated which was good. Had a few beers after to celebrate then ate dinner and went to bed! Up early today heading to the airport!

Hey buddy, I’m not sure I’m aware of much other kit that you can load/ drop off other than prime equiptment. Also as Jordan mentioned I wouldn’t worry about it I would just keep training as hard as you can to improve your strength in all ranges of the movement! If anything just find someone to give you a spot for the weaker section of the movement if you have to.

Morning guys, had a busy day yesterday! Had a super long day at work then hit a rehab session for my spine in the late afternoon. Played a quick set of tennis just to get a feel for the ball then headed to an away darts match. Was a late one and we ended up losing but was fun. Hopefully next week be better! Up early today for. Fasted walk!

Hi Angelo, it’s definitely not necessary but if you have time and energy to tag them on then sure why not! I used to do adductors and abductors every leg workout either at the start or the end of the workout!

Hi Jay, definitely can be caused by the unclean diet. Get your nutrition back on track and keep your body as clean as possible and hopefully it clears up. It might not as it could just be a hormonal response which there’s nothing you can really do about it!

Hi Daniel, I’m sure everyone will have their own view on accurate training however for me the most important thing is being accurate with what muscle your targeting with whichever exercise your doing. So if I’m doing a chest press I like to make sure I’m using my chest as much as possible during the movement and limiting the amount of shoulder and tricep being used. That’s being accurate in my opinion. There will also be times where you can try and be even more accurate for instance in your leg training. You can use the same leg press machine to target completely different parts of your legs. So if I’m trying to target my quads I will adjust my feet and leg position to make sure I’m using the maximum amount of quad. Again that’s being accurate in my opinion. Now you have mentioned about you modifying the speed etc of your reps in ordered to eek out more reps. I would say that’s more of a standardisation issue. Personally I don’t like doing that, I don’t do that. I will try my hardest to keep all repetitions EXACTLY the same keeping the standard of every rep high. I would rather finish at standardised failure on rep 7 than produce low quality reps to squeeze out another few reps. They two will go hand in hand because if your changing things mid set your likely not staying accurate to the muscle group you are targeting!

Hey guys, had a rehab session yesterday morning then hit some shoulders after but felt hugely exhausted after I started working on. I got through the workout and rested the rest of the day. Up early today for fasted tennis hit.

Around training, especially after is the time where you want to be absorbing nutrients as fast as possible. Fats will slow down your digestion and absorption which in turn will slightly hinder your recovery process as your body won’t be getting those proteins and carbs as fast as possible.
