Hi! I would strongly suggest finding another physio. You need to be doing your rehab exercises everyday. In terms of training I would train as normal as you can avoiding movements that cause any pain/ discomfort. You might need another surgery also as it sounds like this operation did not work.

Hi Freddie, I would personally go down to a TRT dose (100mg/ week) until your able to source more product. If eventually you can’t then go with the test only cycle at 300. Have you searched for other brands?

For me personally I train a back only session which I’ll do 3 x pulldown movements, 3 x rowing movements and 1 x hip hinge movement. Not necessarily in that order and I will vary the movement patterns.

Hi Nicholas, yes if you really want to be super accurate then track EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. However personally I’ve never tracked a vegetable in my life.

Hi Scott, for me personally i would go with the doctor recommended dosage however I don’t have time to go into the clinic twice a month or 4 times per month to get injected with my TRT so I self administer it. I’ve been taking 100mg/ week with 1 injection for the last 2 years and my levels are completely stable. I think 250mg/ is high for a TRT that’s wayyy over what you would naturally produce. That’s like a very small cycle. Personally I would go with a lower dose similar to what the doctor is recommending.

Hi Nick, I think 2 hours might be pushing it unless the meals are fairly small. I would definitely say 2.5-3 hours so however that fits your day.

Hey buddy, I’ve measure my bicep maybe 2 times and I’ve been training for 19 years. I wouldn’t stress about it. Focus on training hard, hitting your arms hard in every workout. Experimenting with different exercises, rep ranges and training techniques to find what gives you the best connection with your biceps and triceps. Another thing, don’t forget about your triceps, they can add a lot of bulk to your arm size. If your assessing too frequently it can be difficult to see huge differences so focus on training and recovery, the size will come in time.
