Hi Nemanja, I often do this during tracking but usually on my back off sets. I think if your lifting at 100% capacity weight wise you will need to keep the weight moving so pausing in the hole isn’t really possible. I would suggest keeping the reps smooth on heavy sets and implementing this onto your lighter back off sets!

Hey buddy, when I trained PPL I used to do Push, Pull, REST, Legs, REST. Might be worth giving that a go for some extra recovery time. It also might be worth adjusting your volume within those workouts as it seems like your upper body responds well to less volume and your lower body responds well to slightly higher volume so don’t be afraid to hit different volume in each session to see how it works!

Morning guys, had a great fasted tennis session yesterday morning. Played very well. Came home ate and went to work! Nearly cut my finger clean off at work so spent the afternoon trying to fix that! Ruined my plans of going gym because my finger is fucked! Went out for a long walk for some activity! Up early today for a fasted walk!

Hi Nick, I think it’s safe to do so if your making the exact same amount of rice each time. So for me I bulk cook 3 cups of dry rice with 6 cups of water and it makes 1200g of rice EVERY TIME. So I know I can weight out 300g of cooked rice for 4 meals. It doesn’t matter really either way as long as your continually consistent with the same method.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, has anyone seen this happen with Mast P? I have just got some from southern ghost (150mg/ml), first time using prop, but it’s crystallised when I got it, not sure if faulty or just needs heating
Hi Andrew, I haven’t seen it on mast p before. I would discontinue use and maybe try a different brand. I’ve always used Rohm and never had that crystallise:

Hi Connor, they’re is no real right or wrong answer for this! However, I prefer using cardio equiptment where the machine controls the intensity. If your walking on the treadmill or on the stairmaster the intensity of the cardio is controlled by the machine so you can be very consistent with your intensity. Whereas if you chose a bike, x trainer, rowing machine etc you are in control of the intensity and over 30 mins + it can be difficult to stay fully in that intensity and lot drift in and out. So bare that in mind when choosing what to use!

Hey buddy, it’s definitely worth giving it a go and seeing if it makes any difference. If you feel better for it then stick with it however if you don’t feel any uptake in performance then I would switch back to solid food. Definitely use them in the offseason though!

Hi Nick, I would usuallt suggest taking them with your larger meals which would tend to usually be breakfast and your post workout meal! Maybe even your pre workout meal!

Hi Nick, generally speaking on a rest day I would usually remove that post workout meal as your not training but that does totally depend on yourself individually and your current diet set up.
