Hey buddy, definitely seems like a lot to me. I mean if you need to do 90 mins per day I would try and split it into 2 x 45 mins sessions or 3 x 30 min sessions.

Hey guys, had a good day yesterday. Had a fasted tennis hit then went off to work! Played again for a few hours in the evening. Had dinner and went to bed. Slept fairly well, out for a fasted walk this morning.

Hey buddy, I think we’ve all been there but you have options really you either push on and keep shovelling food in or you diet for a while then come back to it.

Hey guys, had a solid tennis hit in the morning yesterday then a busy day at work! Went to the gym in the evening for rehab work on my spine then smashed a nice arm workout. Got called out to work in the late evening so came home and ate and went to bed!

Hi, personally I prefer cypionate but that’s just a personal preference. There’s not really much difference, no one better than the other!

Hey buddy, I think it depends on the client and the clients goals. If they’re powerlifting, yes it’s going to be extremely important for them to be sending those videos so you can see if they’re lifting to the right rpm. For bodybuilding style clients I definitely think at the beginning of coaching them you need to monitor all of their exercises during workouts to see if your happy with the way they’re performing them and happy with the input they’re able to put into those sets. Then over time after making adjustments to their form you don’t really need to see a lot of that. Like if I know my client can perform cable crossover correctly I don’t need to see them hitting sets of those. However I would like to see them hitting heavy PB sets on incline bench etc just to keep an eye on things. I think as time goes on and you’ve adjusted form for your clients you can definitely reduce the amount of videos required. You can always request more down the line also.

Hi Jakub, I think a Pushdown and an overhead extension movement would be fine. I do agree I would then tag on the curling movements to a lower day!

Hey guys, had a mixed doubles league match yesterday morning so strapped up my leg and played fairly well! We won which was great. Worked most of the afternoon then chilled in the evening. Slept in a little this morning then went out for a fasted walk.

Hey buddy, as Jordan mention it’s just a different variation and it’s good to keep variety in your training especially for calves. I like to mix up donkey calf raise, seated calf raise, standing calf raise, calf pressing. I like to also use a variety of angles and rep ranges just to keep hitting them differently.

Morning guys, had a busy day at work yesterday! Still feeling pretty sore from training early on in the week. Didn’t make it to the gym but got my meals in. Up early today for a fasted walk. Then have a doubles league tennis match. See how my hamstring holds up.

Hi John, as Jordan said it’s pretty impossible. I try and hold onto the weight if you can. Like jusy say I’m flat bench pressing 120kgs for 10-12 reps at the start of prep. If I’m still getting 6-8 reps at the weight by the end of prep I’m pretty happy. So I try and hold onto the weight even if the reps drop off slightly.

Hey buddy, I haven’t personally tried blending them but when I’m in the US/ Canada I tend to use grits personally.
