Hey buddy, I’m not sure it’s necessarily the gluten or the food sources in the meal I’m concerned it may be the sheer size of your post workout meal. It’s a lot of food. A lot of food for your body to process after it’s just trained. Personally I would decrease the size of the meal and add another meal after that to make it more digestible and easier to process

Hey guys, was slammed yesterday at work! Got back late in the evening then played 2.5hours of singles tennis. Got a busy week of tennis matches ahead so have been trying to increase my court time which has meant my gym time has been reduced. Got called out to work at 6am.

Hey buddy, I put a fair amount of salt on each meals. I don’t weigh it out I just make sure I’m having enough to suit my needs and my taste buds. I drink plenty of water so I don’t feel the need to limit my intake at all.

Hey guys, had a slow morning yesterday. Got up early and ate then chilled for a bit, played tennis for a few hours then went off to work. Got called out in the evening to a lockout then got a late deep tissue massage. Felt much better after but tired. Headed back home and chilled. Got called out early today for work.

Hey buddy, personally I would rest. Take another day and if you feel good again tomorrow then your welcome to get back in there. Make sure you hydrate well today and get all your meals in in preparation for tomorrow!

Morning guys, had a nice last day in Prague yesterday. Headed back to London in the evening. Did a food shop, made some meals and chilled in the evening. Up fairly early today to go for a fasted walk before playing tennis this afternoon.

Hey buddy, I rarely use reps in reserve I like to train to failure then stop. I don’t often push beyond that as it effects my recovery hugely.

Hi Ziyad, personally I would stick with the recommended dose which it says on the tub consistently, then next time you get bloods done try and test for those markers and see if they’re in good range and then you can adjust from there if you want to increase dosage!

Hi Adam, I have been training with a bro split for the majority of my training life and always had great results. I have tried other training splits and also had great results. I don’t think the split in particular is of too much relevance. It’s more to do with your training intensity and determination to progress each workout. I would choose a split that motivates you and excited you to go in and train as hard as you can and keep progressing those lifts each week, that also fits in with your work schedule.

Also, for the rest of my leg day, I was able to hit the same or more reps than last time.

Hi Angelo, it could be your intensity. Maybe your more focused or intense on this workout than the other ones. I find with leg workouts you can experience a lot of variables with reps depending on how your feeling etc, not so much with other bodyparts. I would suggest just keep training as hard as you can regardless of the outcome?

Hi John, I like 5-7 rep range especially for my first and second working set, then might switch into 8-10 rep range for my third set. I very very rarely do 15-20 rep sets. Not beneficial for me at all.
