    Hey buddy, I’m not a huge fan of orals but usually I would just take it in the morning with breakfast each day.

    Hey guys, great day in Antwerp yesterday! Spent most of the day on a tour learning about the city then tried some of the local food and drink. Went to watch the darts in the evening which was amazing. Got back pretty late, ate and went to bed. Heading to Ghent today!

    Hey guys, had a long day yesterday travelling to Belgium! Arrived in Brussels in the afternoon then got the train to Antwerp. Had some of the local beer and cuisine and went to bed semi earl as I was shattered! Out on a nice tour today!

    Hey Dominik! I usually like to post that machine fairly evenly throughout the pins so that I get constant tension throughout the whole movement.

    Hey guys, had a really good chest workout Monday! It was a late one after work. Then had a busy day at work again yesterday but managed to train back in the evening again which was good. Ate and went to bed after. Slept a lot better. Still feeling a bit run down.

    Hey guys, busy day yesterday but spend majority of the afternoon with family which was nice. Worked in the evening! Up early today for a course then off to work after.

    Hey guys, had a busy few days but managed to get some good training in. Did a good arm workout Thursday and a late shoulder workout last night. Food on point and cardio in the bag. Up early today for a fasted walk before work. Likely chill after watching the rugby.

    Hey buddy, I’ve never been a fan try of mass gainers and protein bars to be honest. Always preferred solid food or just whey. If I really needed to I would try something like Peter has suggested.

    Morning guys, bus morning at work but hit a good tennis session in the late afternoon. Came home stretched and ate then went to play darts in the evening. Slept pretty bad not sure why, up early today for a fasted walk.

    Hey buddy, I had the same issue and doctor prescribed me Lansoprazole to take with the ibuprofen. Might be worth asking them.

    Hey guys, solid back session in the bag yesterday. Felt good and again strength is slowly increasing and starting to get a bit of fullness back in my physique. Up early today for a fasted walk before heading into central for work!

    Hey buddy, if you’re trying to focus on hamstring and glute then I would perform them on leg days however if you are trying to load your lower back then I would do them on back day.

    Hey guys, had a cracking chest workout yesterday evening. Felt great, strength is increasing slowly. Ate and slept after, slept OK. Out for a fasted walk this morning before work!
