Morning guys, bus morning at work but hit a good tennis session in the late afternoon. Came home stretched and ate then went to play darts in the evening. Slept pretty bad not sure why, up early today for a fasted walk.

Hey guys, solid back session in the bag yesterday. Felt good and again strength is slowly increasing and starting to get a bit of fullness back in my physique. Up early today for a fasted walk before heading into central for work!

Hey buddy, if you’re trying to focus on hamstring and glute then I would perform them on leg days however if you are trying to load your lower back then I would do them on back day.

Hey guys, had a cracking chest workout yesterday evening. Felt great, strength is increasing slowly. Ate and slept after, slept OK. Out for a fasted walk this morning before work!

Hi John, I agree with Jordan. If you plan on doing 4 sets of 12 reps at the same weight it’s highly unlikely you will be reaching failure on each set.

Hey guys, went out for a fasted walk yesterday then came back ate and watched the tennis. Spent the rest of the day on the sofa watching movies resting. Had an off plan meal in the evening . Up early today for fasted cardio before work.

Hey buddy, what results are you having with the current set up? I definitely wouldn’t remove them all together but I’m not against having lower carbs on rest days to training days.

Hey guys, long day out on a course all day yesterday then had to go to work after. Got back late and went to bed! Up early today for fasted walk. Slight drop in weight this week.

Hey guys, had a busy work day yesterday but smashed a nice shoulder workout in the evening along with some rehab for my spine! Went out to work late, came home and ate and slept! Up early today for my fasted walk!

Hi Mate, it is most likely your diet and protocol which is causing the problem. Can be pretty common when on prep. Have you thought about air conditioning the rooms overnight to reduce the temperature. May help slightly. As you likely won’t want to change things if your on prep.

Hey guys! Had a long day on site yesterday! Was knackered when I got back and had a little lay down! Went to play in a darts match in the evening which was good. Up at normal time 7am today for a fasted walk before work.

Morning guys! Long day on site yesterday. Then went to work after too. Got back home around 5:30pm and rushed to the gym for a rehab session with the PT for my spine. Trained back after which was good, had a nice workout but fatigue was kicking in. Came home ate and went to sleep! Up at 4am today for work on site again!
