Hey buddy! Definitely not too much, I will do upwards of 16-20 sets of 1 bodypart in some workouts. Now, if your holding extreme amounts of muscle like Jordan/ James and you train like a complete and utter animal then yes it could potentially be deemed as too much depending on how your body can recover from the intensity in those sets. So monitor your progress and recovery and make adjustments from there!

Morning guys, had a solid tennis match yesterday! Good game, we won 7-6. 6-4. Solid opponent so this puts us top of the group unbeaten as of yet in this league. Rushed off to work later and pretty much worked throughout. Got home very late maybe 9pm, packed some orders for Louis Arjuna then cooked dinner and got in bed around midnight! Up at 4am today heading to the airport!

Hey buddy! You can definitely use fruit/ fruit juice as a source of carbs. I would suggest pre and post workout like the other guys have mentioned! I would suggest making fresh if possible as it will contain less additives than off the shelf juice.

Morning guys. Had a busy day at work yesterday but got home in the late afternoon and went to the gym to do my rehab. Had a nice little chest session after, didn’t lift too heavy as I’m still feeling a bit ill but it was nice to do some training. Came home, packed some orders and ate dinner and went to bed! Slept fair well! Going out for my fasted walk then I’ve got a league tennis match!

Hey buddy, it’s definitely one of the hardest muscle groups to progress and grow so just bare with! Try hitting them with different strategies, different angles, movements, rep ranges and weights. They will progress over time!

Hey mate, I think when you first start your cycle you may encounter some water retention but after a week or two it should go down back to normal for sure. I would focus on keeping hydrated and keeping your food sources clean. It’s obviously not good for your kidneys that’s why you want to limit the amount of water retention you keep. However I have found if your diet is clean and your sleeping well and doing some light cardio daily you shouldn’t really suffer from it.

Morning guys, woke up feeling pretty rough yesterday. Did my fasted walk then chilled for a few hours. Went to the gym to do some rehab work for my back but wasn’t feeling well enough to train. Chilled for the rest of the evening at home. Had a shit night sleep, just went out for my fast walk. Going to eat then heading off to the rugby!

Hey Matt, I would suggest taking advice from the surgeon in terms of rest. I wouldn’t train any earlier than expected. You’ll likely be totally off training for some time and then probably be able to do some lower body training. I would avoid doing anything upper body could potentially put your bicep in danger until your surgeon has approved doing so.

Morning guys, had a busy day yesterday, a lot of running around. Hit the gym in the late afternoon for a rehab session but was feeling pretty exhausted so didn’t train. Started to feel a bit of manflu coming along also. Slept OK but woke up feeling pretty unwell.

Hey buddy, as Kuba has mentioned this is something not to be complicated. I would stick with one serving per day of omega Pharma pro ontop of any food that contains it.

Hi Tony, I would recommend using 1 serving of our new TBJP Hydration Supplment before training, 1 serving of our TBJP Peak hydration in the morning with breakfast along with 10g of TBJP Glutamine! Also keep fluid high aiming for atleast 3/4 Litres per day.

Hey buddy, not really it’s totally person dependant! I don’t like to eat too large a meal before training and I also like to keep the fats lower so it digests a bit faster leaving my stomach empty for training. Depends on your diet and current goals etc also. If your dieting your naturally going to be eating less food than if your trying to gain weight then your pre workout food will likely be higher in calories.
