Hey buddy, perfectly normal especially in offseason when your consuming more calories your body’s processing and digesting them and this causes gas. I do find with different foods my body responds differently so you could run some tests to see if your having more gas when your eating certain carbs or certain proteins!

Hey buddy, if your diet has remained the same then I would likely put the issues down to the superdrol more so than the switch in test. Stress can also have a huge impact on digestion and stomach activity. If it was me personally I would discontinue the use of the superdrol and see how your stomach responds. If it has a positive impact then I wouldn’t use it again.

Hey buddy, supplement selection looks great. I would take normal supps in the morning and then antioxidants either post workout or before bed!

Morning guys! Had a productive day yesterday. Had breakfast after my walk then went to the gym and did a good rehab session. Trained some arms after then came home and ate. Spent the rest of the day being called out every few hours but got all my meals in. Solid week on the diet. Weight is down to 85.6kgs today.

Hi Andrew, I bulk cook my rice too and I measure it uncooked as it’s more accurate. What I do is after it’s all cooked I weigh out all the rice and then divide it up evenly for my meals. So if I want 4 meals of 100g rice each, I’ll cook 400g of rice. Then when it’s cooked I’ll divide the total amount of rice into 4 portions. Then I know it’s 100g each per meal. Obviously adjust the measurements to suit your diet plan.

Hey guys! Had another solid day yesterday! Worked for the most part of the day then went to the gym to do my rehab work. I had a tennis match scheduled but it got cancelled so decided to rest! Watched a movie in, then slept pretty well. Up early today for a fasted walk.

Hey buddy! I definitely think 8 hours is a good number to aim for! It’s not always realistic but I would say that’s a good amount! I’m often between 5-7 hours and I’m pretty tired a lot but I think 8+ if you can would be really optimal.

Morning guys, had another fair long day at work yesterday but made it to the gym in the evening for a good rehab session and some light shoulders workout. Came home, ate and went to bed! Slept in a little today so missed my fasted walk and went straight off to work!

Hi Daniel, I think you need to find what feels best for you. For me if the eccentric movement is too slow I tend to lose connection with my muscle and if the eccentric is too long it can fatigue me too quickly. There’s definitely a middle ground there and your going to have to experiment and find that range for yourself! I would say start with 3 seconds eccentric and 3 seconds concentric and adjust accordingly going by feel in the muscle your using. This may vary due to exercise selection also.

Hey guys, had an extremely long day yesterday. Up at 5am and home at 8pm and worked solid all day. Was absolutely smashed when I got home so ate and went to bed. Up early today for my fasted walk feeling pretty shattered.

Good morning guys! Another productive day yesterday! Went out to work after my fasted walk then went to the gym in the afternoon to do some rehab and a light back workout. Played tennis for about an hour in the evening which was great I was striking the ball really well! Packed and sent off some Louis Arjuna orders on the very late evening then ate and went to bed! Up at the crack of dawn today as I’m working out of London for the day.

MemberNovember 5, 2024 at 6:07 pm in reply to: Keeping the waist thight during pushphases…your tips?Hey buddy! There’s not going to be a tonne of things you can do to keep your waist tight I mean your waist is your waist really. Your waist can grow by overeating but sometimes you need to do this forcefully in order to grow! Your waist can also grow from doing heavy compound excercises which again you will likely need to do in order to gain muscle. I don’t believe vacuums will decrease your waist size but it will definitely hugely help in controlling your mid section so I do highly recommend doing those daily.
