Hi Lukas, that could potentially be a little low in my opinion. Personally I don’t count protein from indirect sources so I would be shooting for atleast 150g from direct sources for your bodyweight.

Morning guys, woke up with a really tight sore hamstring yesterday, I’m not sure why. I must have overstretched it during my rehab session. Had a very busy day at work so didn’t make it to the gym but chilled a little in the late evening and had dinner! Up early today heading to the airport!

Hey buddy! Looks fine to me, personally I’ve never done an exercise where I’ve just done 1 working set but if you feel like your getting enough out of the moment that’s fine! Your going to have to follow this and see how your recovery is before you’ll know wether the volume is correct for you!

Hey buddy, I personally don’t track proteins from carbs/ fats I only track protein from direct protein sources. However if you want to track those macros you should download an app like my fitness pal and track all your food in there and that will track all of those trace sources from everything for you and it’s very easy to use.

Morning guys, ended up being called out as soon as I left for my walk yesterday so had to sack that off. Came back from work ate and then went back to work! Back back in the early evening and went to the gym for a rehab workout, then went and played an hour of tennis, medium intensity to test the back and see how it feels. Got home and ate and chilled for a bit then went to bed. Up early today for my fasted walk.

Hey buddy, personally I would keep cardio in as I tend to only do LISS cardio so if I’m deloading from the resistance training my body will recover fine from just light cardiovascular training.

Hey guys! Had an extremely long day yesterday! Left home around 5am and got home around 6.30pm and went straight to the gym for some rehab work for my back. I was driving a lot yesterday so I needed to do a lot of rehab and stretching. I was too tired to train after so I went home and ate and went to bed. Slept a lot better, up early today for a fasted walk.

Not a successful one yesterday despite taking small progression in the first part of the session. I had to change my set up on the leg extensions because yesterday something felt off and that really made me nervous and I lost focus for the rest of the session.

Today rest day. To add I want to congrats to all TBJP athletes at the Olympia this years including @MeganSylvester and @rheagayle. Truly inspirations for me!

Today I have a little more time and I want to share my current shape and overall situation.

    Current physique (post mock prep)

Right now my feelings and thoughts are a bit “lost”. Due to the fact that I have parted aways with Kuba due to economical situation (I still regret this but unfortunatelly is too late to come back but never say never) I want to truly put in the work like i m capable of doing and grow. I prove to myself that contest prep/diet is manageable if you are very disciplined like I am and this period post diet even if is harder, thanks to the discipline I received from every athlete in this forum for years, I m able to control myself and be patient knowing that this will allow only better chances to grow.

Right now I m looking for a coach and in the following weeks I will update about this topic. Plus at the end of this year I will 99% move to another city to persue this journey in bodybuilding in a better environment. But as always first thing is making sure I execute 100% the plan every day at my max capacity.

    cheers guys!

Hey mate, I’m really sorry to hear that. It sounds like you need to get yourself into a good mental state for you to keep push towards your goals! How are you feeling at the moment? It’s normal to have these dips in training and mindset some times over the years. It’s a very taxing sport on your mind and body.

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Had a tennis hit in the morning which was good. Came home and ate and went off to work! Worked majority of the day then managed to get a light gym session in the evening which was good! Had dinner and went to bed, up at the crack of dawn today for work in Hemel. Going to try and hit and other gym session tonight if I’m not too tired. Fasted weight around 86kgs.

Morning guys, after an extremely long and hard day on site yesterday I finally managed to get my ass home! It was pretty late so I went for a walk then had dinner and went to bed! Up early today for a fasted tennis hit to see how my back was responding to something a bit lighter. Going to have breakfast now then head out to work!

Hi buddy! I’ve never weighed out my salt consumption and I don’t know many people that do. I tend to salt my meals evenly throughout the day. I definitely wouldn’t load them all into one meal that’s for sure!
