Hey buddy! I’ve had this a few times. I would try and warm it up a little by cycling on the exercise bike then I would go through some hamstring isolation exercises like seated curls and lying curls, 4 sets with 20+ reps of light weight controlled just rush as much blood into the muscle as you can without over doing it. If your in pain at all during this then stop immediately. I would avoid stretching it for now and definitely avoid hip hinge movements for the time being! Once your feeling a little better and a bit more confident then slowly introduce those kinds of movements and load.

Hey guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday I actually got ready to go gym then got called into central London and ended up getting in from work at 10pm so that went down the drain! Up early today for my fasted walk then off to work again!

Hey buddy! If your making gains on the current cycle then personally I wouldn’t increase the dosage or add in any other compounds at this point. If you start to stall then could be something to think about.

Hi Olle, I’ve taken a look over this and all looks fine to me! Are you sticking with just 2 cycles of workouts or would you consider adding a 3rd cycle C? I usually like a cycle A, B and C just so I can cover a few more different exercises and rep ranges! Worth looking into!

Hey buddy! As mentioned by Meg there are some health benefits to using losalt. However I would say this would be for the average person not someone that’s training most days of the week. Especially for bodybuilding we will require a slightly elevated level of sodium so personally I use pink Himalayan salt on all of my meals. I don’t count grinds specifically but I will use enough to satisfy my taste levels.

Morning guys, had a busy day working yesterday as usual! I can’t complain as steady business is good business! Haven’t managed to really get my diet and training routine back in order but I’m hoping next week I can knuckle down a bit better. Up early today heading to Brans Hatch for the BSB!

Hey buddy, are you opposed to doing isolation exercises for your arms such as dumbell curls, machine curls, rope push down, skull crushers.. Yoi could follow a normal full body workout routine and just add on extra arm volume if that’s something you want to work on.

Hi Hunter, that sounds totally fine a lot of people use a split like this, or a normal bodypart split when they rest on weekends. As long as your able to recover from your workouts should be totally fine. Do you want to post your workouts below for us to take a look at your programming?

I would switch the Ashwaganda out for TBJP UNWIND – when looking to maximise recovery as you say this for me is a superb product.

Im presuming you have your peri workout Nutriton covered also as this for me is key when maximising recovery.

should i still take magnesium or just remove it since its in unwind?[/quote]
Hey buddy, I would keep the magnesium in additional to unwind. How’s the quality of your sleep? Besides having your nutrition on point sleep is probably going to be the most important thing. TBJP dream sleep might be a good addition to your supplement range.

Morning guys! Slept in massively yesterday as missed my alarm. Rushed off to work and worked most of the day! Got home in the evening and chilled! Went to bed early but struggled to sleep badly, jet lag is hitting me! Up at the crack of dawn today to head to site in Hemel Hempstead. Very long day ahead.

Hey buddy, are you doing any isolation exercises at all for your chest? I can see a lot of pressing but no flying movements. I would be tempted to add in one isolation movement for chest or swap for one compound pressing movement.
