Hey guys! Had a fairly busy day at work yesterday! Got home in the late afternoon then went and played a set of tennis in the blazing sun! It was a long set but I managed to win in the end but I was pretty exhausted after! Ate dinner and went to bed! Up early today for a fasted walk then off to work early.

Hey buddy! Mine tracks on my iPhone via the health app. I have also worn a step counter on my ankle before so if you don’t mind looking like a criminal on tag that’s also an option! Not as accurate but you don’t really have a choice if you don’t want to wear it on your wrist!

Hey guys! Had a serious case of manflu yesterday! Was battered. Got called out to work so had to go but other than that I spent the majority of the day at home resting. Up early today for my fasted walk then off to work. Feeling a little better but not 100%!

Hey buddy! It’s impossible to tell at this point wether you’ll need more fats or carbs etc so I would suggest following the diet for atleast 4 weeks and tracking your progress with weight and pictures over those weeks then you can start thinking about making changes! Also yes many people opt for lower carbs and lower calories on rest days but again make a decision and stick to it and monitor how you feel and look then you can make adjustments from there!

Hey buddy! As the guys have mentioned this is person dependant however I think 40/45 mins MAX per session is more then enough! I like to keep these sessions are far away from training as possible also!

Heyyy! Had a fairly slow day yesterday. I worked but got home fairly early. Had a tennis match at 8pm so I rested during the afternoon/ early evening. The match was good we lost but I played a very good level it was mixed doubles tournament match. Got home ate and went to bed. Up early today for a fasted walk. My back is playing up quite bad I’m getting this numb sensation going down my glute into my leg and into my foot.

Hey Stefano, the workouts look good to me. I’m guessing you don’t have a leg extension. Volume looks fine too. How have you been recovering from this so far?

Hey guys! Had my singles tournament match yesterday morning which I won fairly comfortably 6-0, 6-3. Busy day at work after! Then managed to hit a good arm workout in the evening. Came home and ate and went to bed! Up this morning early for my fasted walk then off to work!

Morning guys! Sunday was a chilled day! Played tennis at lunchtime which was good, was striking the ball well! Came home and popped into town then chilled through the day. Went out for a little walk in the evening to make sure my back didn’t lock up again! Was up early Monday morning for a fasted walk. Worked all day then hit a good shoulder session in the late evening. Pump was amazing, felt good. Came home ate and went to bed! Up early today for a tennis match, then I’ll go to work and hopefully do some weights later!

Hey buddy! I think it’s going to mainly down to the stress as to why you can’t sleep! Which means there’s not loads your going to be able to do about it unless you can work your way through the stresses in your life! We have some great supplements like unwind and dream sleep which will definitely help you get to sleep and have a much better quality of sleep. However you still need to focus on working through the things that are stressing you out and try and get them resolved.
