Hello hello, woke up today feeling similar to yesterday so decided to continue on my routine as usual. Up for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for hams and glutes. Was particularly careful with bstance rdls as my SI hasn’t been great. Pulled back on load and it made bracing and stacking way less of a challenge and a lot less pressure on my SI. Happy with that for now but ideally I want to be working at my usual load. Back home to continue editing and working for the day.

Hiya Kbb. Remember that training arousal is unique to you. You might see people online going absolutely crazy pre set, if that works for them that’s great. What you should see as more important is if it works for YOU. It’s good to see that you’re recognising what works for you and what doesn’t. Finding that balance will be great to help you get the most out of your training 👍🏼

Hi guys busy day today even if it was a rest day. Woke up with a bit of a scratchy throat. Over the course of the day it’s gotten worse. I fucking hope it doesn’t progress to full blown sickness but here we are. Editing, check ins, client calls, orders packed and steps done for the day. Even managed to squeeze in a food shop. I hope I sleep off this scratchy throat because I have shit to do for the rest of the week

Hi guys happy Monday! Great start to the week after a lovely evening yesterday. Weight didn’t change at all which is fab. Up for a walk and it was already BLAZING. I love the sun and I love the heat. Breakfast, work and then in for quads and glutes. My SI isn’t bad bad but something’s up. I learnt my lesson last year after being in a LOT of pain so I’m not going to ignore it. I went into today’s session a little more cautious. Abductions have historically caused my pelvis issues and so I pulled back on load a little today as I could feel it was a bit jarring. Leg extension, leg press. Glute drive, addictions, kickbacks and calves caused zero issue. Smith squats however, I decided to reduce load. Bracing under 2 plates did NOT feel right and so I kept it there and did what I could. Back home for editing/work, a short walk and my final meal then BED! Priority is to book in with my chiro tomorrow and look around for someone who can provide soft tissue work in south London.

Hiya Andrew. You’ve got some great advice from the guys above! I agree with all of it. (Especially focusing on improving sleep!) Just a note about caffeine, I personally go through periods of time where I have stim pre workouts and higher caffeine intake and periods of time where I have little to none! I think going through a period of time where you bring it down will bode you well. Just a note on caffeine pills. I used to take them as a student for studying and training, I felt pretty shitty after they wore off. I at times felt anxiety climb when I’d take them too. Some people don’t mind that but I personally won’t be going back to taking them!

Hi guys happy Sunday! Up for a short walk, breakfast then some work! Popped over to see my grandma for a few hours then back home to get ready to enjoy a meal off with my partner. We had Italian food and gelato for desert. (Pistachio is my fav) Today was lovely! Ready to chill and sleep ready for quads and glutes tomorrow. We’ll see how my SI holds up

Hiya Piotr, I almost always get stuck in some traffic getting back from training so I always bring a meal with me just in case! If I get home in good time then I can enjoy it at home.

Hi guys the weekend is here and honestly it’s just like any other day for me! Up for a walk, breakfast then straight in to training. I managed to avoid the Saturday gym rush somehow! My SI isn’t feeling great after yesterday’s shoot so pulled out hinges for today. Back home to some editing and now finishing up the day with a walk around the block

Hi guys. Busy day today. Up early for a quick walk, breakfast and then drive over to the shoot. Started at 9 finished at 5 a really productive day. A LOT of standing and carrying kit. Holding a camera on my shoulder. I can’t say my back/SI is happy. Went for a short walk just before my final meal and I’m defo starting to feel it flare up. I’ll likely try book in with my chiro a bit sooner than our scheduled appointment. Very tired and ready for bed

Hi guys happy Thursday. Today is usually a rest day for me but tomorrow I’ll be busy at a shoot all day so I’ve shifted tomorrows training to today. Usual morning routine, work/check ins then in to train quads and glutes. I actually had such a good session! The gym was near empty, I managed to progress a few movements, practiced some posing and felt very accomplished. Back home to continue on for the day, food shop and now getting my final steps in for the day.

Hiya Erik, as the guys mentioned some pictures would do great help here. I agree to continue pushing on for the next 10 days. If sleep is a real issue consider having some carbs in your final meal pre bed although it’s only for a short duration (10 days) so you can likely push through if sleep isn’t so badly affected.

Hiya, just to chime in here, I would also recommend oh mega pharma pro. Not necessarily in reference to joints but just that it’s a fab supplement
