    Hiya, just to chime in here, I would also recommend oh mega pharma pro. Not necessarily in reference to joints but just that it’s a fab supplement

    Hi guys! Happy Wednesday. Normal Wednesday was had! Up for the usual morning routine, walk, breakfast, work and then in for hams glutes and delts. Popped over to see my lovely grandma, then back home to continue and finish work for the day. Went for a walk this afternoon and just finished my final meal. Very ready for bed.

    Hey hope you don’t mind me adding to this thread, it won’t let me create my own. Just after a bit of advice with the supplements in capsules. I seriously struggle to swallow tablets, to the point I’ve bitten multi vits etc to get them down. I’m wondering if the capsules are broken and the powder is mixed with a drink, it’ll still work as effective at the same dose with the absorption being much earlier on the body? TIA

    I’m no expert when it comes to this. I’m sure it will be fine just might taste a bit wild

    Hi guys rest day today. Up and out for my usual morning walk, breakfast and straight into check ins and work. Went for a few walks today to get steps in as this morning was just a quick one. Bodyweight has been up a little due to cycle but on the way down now again 👍🏼 still haven’t made any changes to food, steps or cardio. Just been cruising down.

    To accurately weigh and track it consistently I agree with Kuba. Weigh it defrosted, cook it job done. Make sure it’s thoroughly defrosted before weighing as it’ll weigh heavier if frozen and won’t be as accurate. As for having leftover, I suggest you prioritise eating it if you don’t want to throw it. Adjust food for the day to account for a little more chicken to avoid waste. As you get into the routine of it you’ll likely get better at knowing how much you need and rarely will have leftover 👍🏼

    Hi guys happy Monday. A little lie in as I was so tired yesterday. Up and out for a walk, breakfast and then work. My mornings are the same literally every day. Then in for quads and glutes (idk why I said quads and hams yesterday) I walked into this session with the lowest of expectations. Literally just to go in, do my best and at least maintain lifts. It actually went really really well. Regardless of feeling quite shit (day 2 of my cycle) I do notice I perform pretty well and feel strong in the lift. Scraped a few more kilos on adductor, leg press, maintained leg ext, maintained but with better control smith squats. I’m pretty happy. I am, v tired now though. Back home to continue on work for the day, just went for a little walk now ready to chiiiiillll

    Hiya Kaua, I agree with Hilly. If you track your lifts and you have a target in mind pre set it’s a great way to help focus. Otherwise music is a powerful tool for me to help me get ready for a set. Also, consider pre workout. If you train earlier in the day a stim pre workout can be a great help. Also, sometimes having razor sharp focus is hard to tap into 24/7. So if you have a session here or there where you struggle to ‘get into’ the set or have top top focus. It happens. As long as you get what you need to get done regardless, you’re good!

    Hello hello happy Sunday. I did in fact get a lie in today and slept for like 10 hours ooeee I needed it. As anticipated cycle started today and even after sleeping 10 hours I am v tired. Up and out for a walk, breakfast and then a little work getting clients set up for the week ahead. Had a shoot for the new clothing drop this afternoon. All went well and managed to get them edited and up this evening. Came back and had an amazing beef shin ragu for dinner. Hopefully another really good night sleep and I’ll be ready to start the week with quads and hams 👍🏼

    Hi guys. The goal was to have a lie in today as sleep hasn’t been as great as usual over the past few days. Didn’t happen ✨ up and out for a short walk, breakfast then training as early as I can as the gym on a Saturday also hasn’t been great recency. Hams and glutes ticked off. Feeling particularly tired likely because lack of sleep but also due to start my cycle. Always wipes me out.

    Hi guys! It’s Friday at last. Literally the same as usual Friday today! Did NOT sleep super great as it’s pretty hot in the U.K. right now, zero breeze so a cooler sleeping environment is not a thing right now. Up for a short walk, breakfast and then work. In for legs today surprise surprise. Diabolically hot in the gym today. Zero breeze, air conditioning in the gym has the same mph as blowing out a candle on a cake. Shutters closed? Madness. Still legs got done and a pretty good session even with some very chatty people in between! Back home to finish work for the day, out for a walk this evening and now ready for hopefully a more successful night sleep.

    Totally agree with Andy (and the guys above) Familiarise yourself with the range of motion that the machine and your body currently allows for. Usually you should be able to crawl out of the machine but if you find you’re a little anxious about it defo try what Andy mentioned.

    Hi guys a VERY hot Thursday has been had. Had a little lie in as yesterday I felt totally wiped. Out for a walk, breakfast then straight into check ins and work. Popped out for a coffee break at my local coffee van. The cutest ever. Back home to finish for the day. Out for a walk, dinner then bed.
