Hi guys another late night unfortunately! Also another busy day, up for a walk with the dog, breakfast, work, gym, back home for work and then me and the dog went to visit my grandma this evening. She absolutely loves dogs and it brought her a lot of joy to see him for a little. Back home to walk him before finally getting into bed.

Hiya Noah, that sucks but I totally agree with the girls above, especially what Sara mentioned about rehab not being a linear process! Be prepared to pull back if you feel significant pain. I personally would spend a period of time (couple weeks) avoiding movements that cause any aggravation. And then re/introduce movements at a lower load. It’s hard when it’s your groin as it can affect leg days. (I’ve been through that myself through the course of 2024). There is literally no rush! Take time to heal properly.

Hi guys happy Monday. Up for a walk with the dog, work and then in for quads and glutes. Miles better session than last week! Food is also up as weight was super stable last week even with some off plans. Back home to continue for the day then out for a walk this evening with the dog.

Honestly for me it’s a case of not dwelling over it and moving on. Although, if this is a recurring issue then it needs to be addressed. Over the years that I’ve spent training, I’ve come to be at peace with the fact that not every single session is going to feel truly amazing. Remember to look at things on a larger scale, are you progressing over time? Has your physique changed over the years? If yes you’re doing just fine even with a few shit session sprinkled in.

Hiya, I couldn’t agree more with Kerry and Allison. I feel it’s not a good idea during training as breathing/bracing/stacking could be affected. Some people opt to wear a corset/’waist trainer’ purely for awareness of their midsection but I feel all the things Allison mentioned would make far more of a difference to midsection and waistline. In my personal opinion, I wouldn’t bother.

Hi guys happy Friday. Up for a walk, breakfast and work and then in for a full leg session. Felt like a bit of a slow start waiting for some bits of kit but overall a good session! Back home to continue on with work and then a short walk this evening to end the day

Hi guys happy Wednesday! Up early to pack and send orders for MAD. I launched a new colour for our leggings and so I’m trying to stay on top of orders. Breakfast, check ins, new starter plans and then off for hams glutes and delt. Really good session and feeling more situated with the new floor plan of the gym. Visited my grandma for a couple of hours and then back home to wrap up for the day

Some really good options here! Space out your meals through the day so you have time to digest. Go for a walk after meals to help with digestion. A lot of the options above from Chloe and Sasan are low volume so shouldn’t have you feeling super stuffed! Don’t wake up late or put off meals as that will only have you trying to play catch up and struggle with digestion! Honey is amazing and versatile, I’d put it on oats, CoR, yoghurt, rice with soy sauce (think teriyaki) dried fruits. Have an intra with carbs (performance fuel)

I agree with Kerry here. If you’ve just started and things are going well you may not need to add any cardio in. If your weight isn’t dropping, cardio is a tool you can utilise

Hi guys happy Monday it’s been a busy one! Up for a walk, breakfast and then straight into work setting up new starters and responding to clients. Then in for quads and glutes. My gym has had a massive move around after being closed for a week so quads and glutes went well although it did mean I was searching for all the kit I usually use! Some things have disappeared and some of the usual things are still there so all in all a good session. Back home to continue work and editing. Chilling for the rest of the evening
