Hiya John. I’ve experienced this too on occasion. I wouldn’t be too worried although when it’s persistent it can be pretty annoying. The guys above mentioned exactly what i would too. Hydration, a little stretching and rest should sort it 👍🏼

Hi guys happy Monday! Up and out for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for quads and glutes. I usually film some of my sets but today I just wanted to train. It’s was hot, fairly busy but I managed to scrape a little more weight on the leg press (kill me) and maintained squats. As my bw comes down, it’s getting increasingly harder to brace as I squat. For now it’s okay but we shall see. New low weigh in today too. A few kilos to go, and then it’s back to growing 👍🏼

Hiya Nick, it’s totally down to preference and digestion! Both options sounds really good. Some people prefer sweet things post workout some prefer savoury. With that info, make your decision as you wish!
I tend to have a shake + COR (or turn the whey powder into a paste and drizzle on top) in the car on the way home as I usually get stuck in some traffic followed by a chicken rice meal some time after. I find whey super easy and quick to have if you’re on the go 👍🏼

Hi guys happy Sunday. Usual routine S normal! Up and out for a walk, breakfast and work. Headed over to see my dad for Father’s Day and spent the day catching up with my sisters and enjoying time with family. Back a bit late but about to have my final meal then bed. Just getting final steps in 👍🏼

Hi guys! Happy saturday. Today has been nice and chill. Up for a walk, breakfast, a tiiiiiiny bit of work followed by playing on my switch before heading in for my final session of the week. It was so busy with 4 people using some machines… crazy and so movement order changed a little along with my usual Belt squat RDL. Had to swap these out as unfortunately, another group were waiting for it to be available… i’m not waiting THAT long and so opted for another hinge variation using a tbar row machine. Sounds crazy I know but it’s nearly always available and actually worked alright. Post workout and then popped into town to get some bits for fathers day tomorrow and then caught up with lots of chores around the house. Have the FATTEST pile of laundry to go and fold now xoxox

Hiya Kbb, I’ve tried viewing the image on my PC and via the app, and it’s not loading through. Try re-uploading or try to describe where the setting is so we can help. I know there are a few adjustments you can make but I don’t think a change in resistance profile is something you can do with this one.

Hi guys happy Friday! Up as usual for a walk and breakfast and work. Then in for Legs again! Really happy with today’s session. It was fairly busy when I got to the gym but I managed to get everything done regardless! Up on pendulum, maintained leg ext, up on split squats. Really happy. Weight is continuing to come down without any further changes. Happy days. I have a few more kilos to lose before we get back to growing!

Hiya Nicolas, i’m not sure what you’re referencing when you mention ‘waxy’. What are you eating before this session? Do you have anything (an intra) during your session?

Hiya Tobias. It can be frustrating for sure if you have every intention of training and a genuine reason stops you. If you’re usually really consistent, you can find peace in the fact that it’s a one off. Don’t make it twice the pain by allowing frustration and anxiety to build. You sound very passionate and so I’m sure you’ll be right back in the gym and this will be in the past soon enough. If it becomes a pattern that you’re noticing this session never gets done, as Pheobe mentioned assess your week and plan things out ahead of time.
