Will i start looking bigger and leaner if i eat at maintenance and have cardio dialed in
Hiya Arat, without trying to sound discouraging, right now the absolute best thing you can do is what Hilly mentioned. It will take you some years to look bigger and leaner. Enjoy the process! Have fun lifting, enjoy time with friends and family, eat well at around your maintenance and don’t be afraid to enjoy some treats in moderation. Rather than focusing too much on your aesthetic, focus on training hard and doing what you enjoy. The physique will come in time. You’re already doing very well! 👌🏼

Hi guys, today has been a busy one. Up for a walk, breakfast, new client start ups, getting everyone started for the week and then off to a shoot. Back much later this evening where I enjoyed a lovely off plan Turkish meal. I’m so ready for bed

Hiya Damian, I agree with Adam here! You’re likely achieving it anyway!
Keeping it super simple by hitting your protein goal, ideally by spreading out your protein throughout the day (for digestion) will keep you in good place and make it one less thing to think about 👍🏼Instagram - lulubellelifts

Hi guys, happy Saturday. It’s been a busy one! Up for work, client calls and setting up new starters! I have a busy day tomorrow too. It all comes in waves! In for hams and glutes today and had a really good session. While my usual gym has been closed for the week, I’ve actually really enjoyed training in a different environment with some slightly different kit. I DO miss my usual routine but it’s been nice!

Hiya Mišo, both are great options if you digest them well. I don’t feel there is one that is superior to the other, it’s just down to preference and enjoyment. Some people prefer yoghurt as they can pair it with fruits and whey, some prefer cottage cheese as they enjoy it savoury. Both are great.

Hiya Piotr, some pictures would be great! If things are going well you may not need to change anything. Is this for competition or just a diet phase?

Hi guys happy Friday! Up and out for a walk as usual, work and then in for legs. Not in my usual gym yet as it apparently will open up again next week but we shall see! Still a pretty good session, some different kit and questionable load on some machines but a good session on the whole. Also had a sports massage with a new business that opened up at this gym. Sports massages are something I would like to get a little more consistently. It’s just proven a bit tricky to find someone local to me! Really good experience and I shall be going back! Back home to work for the rest of the day and chill

Hi guys! Rest day for me and a lot of laptop work! It was tipping it down this morning so I genuinely walked around the house for steps listening to music. Needs must! Breakfast, check ins, new programs and a LOT of website stuff for mad. Food shop and a walk in the evening as the rain eventually cleared away. Feeling MUCH better compared to last week. Ready for legs tomorrow!

You’ve answered it yourself! Training hard consistently for years and eating to support growth is what will get you bigger legs. Massive emphasis on the consistency part!

Hiya Ilias,
I’ve just checked the supplement (on the website and in my cupboard). You should be fine taking DNFM in competition as well as outside of competition. Juglans Regia Whole Fruit is a naturally occurring alternative to DMHA. You shouldn’t fail a drug test for this. Juglans Regia Whole Fruit is also not on the WADA prohibited list. You’re right to think that you may fail a drug test if you had DMHA in your system; however, for the NPC Natural events, this isn’t a banned substance so even if you were taking a pre that contained DMHA, you would be totally fine at an NPC event if you were drug tested. Or so their ruling suggests!
If you want to see the full list of prohibited drugs in and outside of competition for an NPC Natural event, you can see that on the link belowhttps://npcnewsonline.com/npc-ifbb-pro-natural-contest-rules/

I do like sourdough but have had lots of other breads that I enjoy and have digested well. Sometimes there’s no sourdough available in the shops near me as it’s very popular! So I’ll opt for; Pita breads, a good quality white bread, wholemeal bread, seeded bread, lavash bread, bagels, ciabatta. The most important thing is that you digest it well as Clare mentioned.

Hi guys! Busy day today! Up for a walk in between the rain! Check ins and work before heading in for hams and glutes. I had such a great session. No issue with SI/lower back and some really nice hammie kit in the Mitcham branch. No decent seated curl that I can use… grrr anyway, headed over to see my lovely grandma then back home to finish off work, a quick call for a new client, my final meal and now bed!

Experience, level of care, expertise with different disciplines. It could literally be anything that could determine a different price point. I’ll echo what has already be mentioned above. Book a consultation and ask those questions. Ask their existing clients and look at the results their clients present. Some may charge £400 and not be what you personally need from a coach. Some may charge considerably less and suit you just fine!
