    Hi guys, day 3 in Italy. Up and out for breakfast and a short walk. Spent the morning and early afternoon going up monte vergine and seeing some of the views and church at the top. Just had lunch with family and possibly out this evening for bowling. We shall see!

    Hi guys. Day 2 in Italy and so far it’s been another long day! Up for breakfast and then pretty much spent all Sunday with family. Enjoying a dinner out this evening and hopefully a walk around town before collapsing into bed

    Hi guys early start today to fly to Italy this morning. Lovely day but I am feeling SO tired. A day of relaxed food and spending time with my partners family. I actually haven’t eaten a lot but for sure kcals are higher! Enjoyed walking around the town and seeing some of the local sights. Hopefully not too late of a night but we shall see!

    Hilly is 100% with this! Watch old shows, watch posing tutorials, watch people who are very good with stage presence and posing. Then look at yourself and your physique and see what you can bring to your poses. It takes time! Reach out to posing coaches and be open to learning from others.

    I second Kerry with this! Good thing is you’re able to articulate and explain the pain level and when pain is present through specific movements. Seeing as you’ve already pulled back pressing movements for a short time and you’re not doing a crazy amount of pressing movements, seeing a physio and allowing for a more hands on approach will absolutely help you avoid things getting more serious. Pain is feedback, so don’t ignore it!

    Hi guys happy Friday! Routine a bit out of whack today breakfast then a bit of a walk before heading in for a full leg session. I’m off to Italy early tomorrow and so I did my usual Friday quad and glute session with some additional hamstring movement that I’d usually do tomorrow. I’ll likely have a few days off from training so I can afford to push a little harder today. Overall a really really good session, longer than usual but felt great! Bodyweight hit a low today which was nice. A few days of relaxed food and chilling and then back to baseline when I’m back!

    Hiya Amine. Is this sciatica pain something that comes and goes? If so do you notice anything in particular that triggers it? Might it be very constant?

    Hi guys! Rest day for me today. Check-ins, training analysis and packing orders today. Got steps done and dusted no problem with the help of the best dog in the world Mr Jeeves. Finished my final meal a little later than intended but all in all a lovely restful day. Tomorrow will be my final training session of the week before going to italy for a few days. Likely no training but plenty of steps.

    Hi guys happy Wednesday. In for hams and glutes today. Up for a short walk and some work and then in to train. Really happy with today’s session! Ticked all the boxes, strength still very much there and managed some posing post training as well. I feel I’m getting a lot more comfortable/confident in my heels, some poses for sure need some work but things are slowly coming together. Popped over to see my grandma then back home to finish work, steps and spend some time with family before wrapping up for the days
