You can absolutely continue to grow quality muscle. 3 years in I’d still consider you fairly new to it all! Defo have a look at the videos in the education section. There are always ways you can improve training, nutrition and recovery therefore plenty of takeaways to help you continue to grow a LOT. Don’t think that you’ve wasted time or don’t have much time to improve. That’s hardly ever the case!

Hiya Angelo. How are you getting on with this? Have you managed to see a physio/sports therapist? How has training been going so far?

Hi guys happy Sunday. Chill day for me! Had a massive lie in. I felt really wiped out yesterday and ended up sleeping for 10 hours. Must have needed it! Out for a walk, a little client work and spent some time with family. Went on a long walk then chilled for the evening! Ready for my big leg session tomorrow

Hi guys happy saturday. Up and out for a walk, breakfast and a little work then off to the gym. I got stuck in the absolute worst traffic. It took me an hour and a half to get to the gym. WAY longer than anticipated. The session was… okay. Ticked off all movements and improved on a few. Feel particularly tired as I’ve started my cycle and am looking forward to chilling for the rest of the weekend.

Hiya Lauand,
The guys above have given some solid feedback. I agree with all of it! If this discomfort/pain is a one-off (you haven’t felt it previously in sessions and it doesn’t continue) then you can likely continue on as usual when you feel better. I agree that swapping out the movement to something that doesn’t cause you pain is likely the best option here (Leg Press). Warm up well, If you find your hips are very tight and frequently cause you issues, try and book in with a physio that can provide some bodywork and suggest movements to improve this. As for now, see how things go! Keep us updated.

Hi guys happy Friday. In for quads and glutes today. In a little later today as I got caught up with work before! Great session.
Adductors
Leg extension
Pendulum
Split squats
Glute drive
Kickbacks
Calves
Done and dusted then rushed back (got stuck in traffic booo) to jump on some calls, pack some orders for MAD and finally do a quick food shop. Finally chilling 💫Instagram - lulubellelifts

Hiya Tomàs. I assume you’ve decided to work with this coach because you are happy with their work and feel you can benefit from working with them. I suggest you communicate with your coach and ask them to explain the changes made. A good coach will want you to understand why!

Hi guys, rest day for me! Lots of work got ticked off today, check ins, editing client calls and the usual steps and meals all done. Finished a little later than usual but feel content with the fact that I’m on top of ALMOST everything.

Hiya Tighe, I 100% agree with the others. Rest! Your body is already fighting an illness, so much coughing, blowing your nose and throwing up are pretty big indications that you should likely rest some more. As Clare mentioned, rest until you feel completely recovered.

Hello hello guys happy Wednesday. In for Hams, Glutes and delts today ✨ Up for a walk in the morning, breakfast, work and then in to the gym. Bstance RDLs have been on the BEST run. They felt phenomenal. Did a little posing post training too. I’ve been trying to get more comfortable in heels and get better at ‘the walk’. Saw my lovely grandma then back home for work. Emails, training analysis and just finished off the evening with some editing. Currently listening to a video on youtube called ‘5 hours of rally house for hitting the bricks’ Honestly, paired with editing it is one of the best things to listen to to just get shit done. Very good very nice.

Hiya Mikołaj, I think seeing a specialist or a physio would be a very good idea. From there they should be able to do a proper assessment and put in place rehab protocol. That way you can make sure you’re not doing any further harm 👍🏼

Hiya Mads, If you can please explain a little more about feeling a ‘heavy head’ might this be a headache? Or feeling of pressure in your head? Very tired? Dizzy? I think understanding the sensation a little more will help us ask further questions that could help 👍🏼
