Hiya Neo, if that’s the case I would continue like this;
You know roughly how much you eat in a day in regards to meals. Try to eat some protein in each meal. If your bodyweight remains consistent then you know you’re roughly eating at maintenance. If your bodyweight is slowly climbing up, you’re eating in a slight surplus and if bodyweight is coming down slowly you’re eating in a deficit. From knowing roughly how much food you’re eating to maintain your bodyweight, you’ll know whether you need to add (to gain) or take away (to drop bodyweight).If you don’t have any bodyweight scales, focus on progressing in the gym! Take check in pictures for yourself every couple of months so you can visually track your progress.
You’re really young, still growing and maturing and should be looking to have fun in the gym, eat plenty and enjoy life! It’s okay to keep it simple!
Understand that your mum wants the best for you and while I’m sure it’s a little frustrating for you, you can still make some really good progress!

Hi guys happy Easter Sunday 🐣
Chill Sunday today, out for a walk, a little work and will be seeing some family a little later.Instagram - lulubellelifts

Hiya Joe. I agree with the guys above. It’s not a ‘must’ movement. If you’ve fully stacked the machine and want to continue doing it, increase reps, apply a tempo (not just a pause) take note of your torso position.

Hi guys, back home and straight back into my usual routine I love. Up for breakfast and then trained hams, glutes and delts. I didn’t go for a walk this morning as gyms shut a little earlier for Easter so got training ticked off and just finished steps for the day. Chilling for the rest of the day, playing switch and watching movies 👍🏼

Hi guys! Day two in Rotterdam, up for breakfast and check ins and then an afternoon of exploring. Yesterday we did a cycling tour and saw a lot of the city so today was lovely and chill. Watched the darts in the evening and got soaked in beer (thrown on me 🥲✌🏼) we get back home tomorrow late so one more day of exploring 👍🏼

Totally agree with Adam and Oscar. It’s often preference but give both a try, pick one and then progress!

Hello guys, off to Rotterdam today. Up early and currently waiting at the airport. I still have work bits to continue while away for the next couple days but I’ll have some downtime to tick that off 👍🏼
Likely lots of walking, I don’t plan on training today after two back to back days of training.Instagram - lulubellelifts

Hiya Yiğit, I totally agree with Chloe here. Having a coach will help you a lot with direction and accountability.
Why did you start training in the first place? Sometimes thinking about why you first started can help you find your intention with training.
Have a think about;
– What made you want to start going to the gym?
– Do you have a specific goal you want to achieve?
– Can you think of anyone that inspires you?I think finding your ‘why’ will greatly help

Hi guys, in for hams and glutes today. Today would usually be a rest day however I’m going away for the next three days and so squeezing this session in. Overall a good session! Trained a little later than usual as I’d be doing bigger chunks of work today when I’d usually be resting. Overall really happy with my performance given its back to back with yesterday’s session. No doms even after training like crazy yesterday. Happy days

I completely agree with Oscar. I think a lot of people get hung up on losing strength as soon as they’re in a deficit when in reality you should be able to continue progressing lifts and at the very least right at the back end of prep, maintain strength and performance. The worst thing you can do is tell yourself you WILL get weaker and you WILL regress.
Regardless of split.
I totally agree that if you were doing full body in a surplus, continue that on into this deficit and ensure you’re structuring everything around proper recovery and performance.Instagram - lulubellelifts

Hello hello happy Monday.
Editing work this morning, a little client work and a short walk.
Quads and Glutes today in a different setting and not alone as a one off. I trained at Muscleworks Bethnal Green with my Italian stallion Neca. Slightly different training styles but we both train fucking hard. I was happy to follow suit as a one off. Last time we trained she followed my program. She killed me man. Really strong, BIG LEGS and inspiring to be around. I seldom train alongside anyone but she really does give me a kick up the ass. I loved every moment and hope that we don’t leave it near enough a year again before we get together. I will sleep very very well 👌🏼Instagram - lulubellelifts

Sounds like a good idea honestly if you’re struggling to push for those final reps due to stability 👍🏼 see how it goes!
