Hi guys. I’m for hams glutes and delts today. Gym was very busy and so tried my best to be in and out! Lovely sunny day so steps have easily been hit, washing done and been chilling this evening

How has recovery been as of recent? Stress, sleep, food. If it’s just become an issue for the past couple sessions I’d look at this

Hi guys happy Friday. Very chill day today, up for a walk, work and then in for legs. Really good session but had a little shin pain on back squats. Nothing crazy but a little annoying through the sets. Managed to do a little gardening and chill 🧘🏻♀️

Seems like the problem is my nutrition as you all mentioned, this is gonna sound stupid but I have been on a dirty bulk for like a month now and already gained 2kg which is impresive for me but on the other hand I’m not eating the right foods and I’m not getting enough protein and I’d like to know some high protein foods if ya’ll could tell me some.
Let us know what you’re currently consuming so we can help suggest more nutritious options! How many meals do you currently eat? What is your lifestyle like right now?

That makes sense! Your English is very good. Proper nutrition, quality sleep and focusing on recovery will help you a LOT. Continue on training hard, this split looks good. If you need help with nutrition let us know. Big legs take years of work so keep at it 👍🏼

Hello hello. rest day for me today, and I’ve wrapped up for the day nice and early. A few steps to go and one more meal to come. I am in a MUCH better spot with recovery compared to a couple of weeks ago. but for now, I’m playing Hello Kitty Island Adventure and chilling ✌🏼

Hiya Matěj,
I know you mentioned this is a new session you’ve written up but how long have you been training in general? How long have you been training intending to grow your legs? Were you doing something similar to this previously?
I would change the 5-8 rep range to 6-12 (my preference completely)
Do let us know the above

Totally agree with Clare here. No need to change anything if it’s a one off. Out of interest, how come the last time you did leg press was mid March? Is it not something you consistently do in your training?

Heya. It’s important to look at your check-in pictures (if you’re self-coaching) with less emotion.
At the end of the day it’s data to help guide your decisions around changes. If you’re able to look at your check-in pictures (and body) with neutrality it can make the process so much easier mentally. As for your legs, if they’re not where you want them to be right now that’s okay. Remember everyone is in pursuit of getting better and you’re currently doing something about it to improve.
Training seems to be going very well. Recovery sounds good, and I’m assuming you’re not at a point mentally where you’re struggling with food. If your legs are in a similar condition to your upper, I would continue for another 2-4 weeks, then start bringing yourself up to maintenance. If your legs are softer than your upper, I suggest you push on for longer until condition improves. 👍🏼

If her heart is set on the bikini class, some posing adjustments can be made, and some training adjustments leading into the show. I’m leaning towards bikini-trained for the same reason as Allison. She has a lot of muscle in her upper and so could suit the trained class well. (generally, they’re more muscular)

Hello hello I hope everyone’s had a fab start to the week. Usual Monday up for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for quads and glutes. Really good session and I feel a lot more back in the groove with this session. Starting a little tidy up phase (10-12weeks) fingers crossed I don’t get the plague again. Some trips planned in this period but decent progress should still be able to be made. The aim is to drop off some body fat and then continue pushing up!
