Hello hello guys happy Sunday. My Sundays have started to look more like a Monday. Rest day today for me, up for a walk, breakfast, check ins and client work, meal prep and house chores. Nothing special or groovy just the usual. Bodyweight is seemingly FINALLY creeping back up after being so ill a couple weeks ago. In for quads and glutes tomorrow and very much ready for bed.

To echo Ben and Hilly, I think if you’re enjoying it, able to make great progress and it suits your schedule there’s no need to change anything there. I personally train after 1 meal and have for the past couple years and I’ve found it suits me well 👍🏼

Hi guys happy Saturday. Had a bit of a lie in today, out for a walk, work and then in for hams, glutes and delts. GREAT session! Some progressions here and there so I’ll take it! Back home after for check ins, meals and wrapping up work for the day 👍🏼

Great work with the diet. Know that usually the best push up phases/builds are executed very similarly to a diet phase. Keep your structure and routine and train hard in the gym and focus on progressions. Allow bodyweight to come up slowly. Assess visuals before making any changes to food. This can be a really productive 20 weeks if you stick to it with the same level of execution as the diet 👍🏼

Hi guys busy day! Up early to drive to a shoot at a new clinic. Basically a full content day. Had all my meals packed and ready last night. A long day standing and shooting. My back is not super duper funky fresh after holding a camera all day. Drove back, backed up footage and caught up with clients and now SO ready for bed!

Hi guys happy Thursday! Same routine as usual! Up for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for glutes and quads. I’d usually have a rest day between sessions but I have a busy Friday with a shoot and travel and so back to back will do. I actually had a sick session. After travelling a few weeks back and getting sick immediately after, training has been hard to claw back to usual numbers and performance but today I got a glimpse of it. Bodyweight is still a little stagnant but really happy to see training performance improving. Back home after to continue working for the day and now chilling

Hi guys very busy day today! Up for a walk, breakfast, work, in for has and glutes. Great session! Lovely progression with RDLS. Saw my lovey grandma for a chat and a cup of tea and then back home to get on with work and get back into a good spot!

Hi guys! Happy Tuesday. Super busy day, lots of driving which meant my day started quite a bit later than anticipated! Up for a walk, breakfast and then hit the road. Managed to do some work on my laptop in the car but on the way back ended up hitting traffic. Annoying but managed to tick everything that needed immediate response off! Meal prepping this evening to save me some time over the next 2 days.

Just chiming in. I love CoR! I’m currently still spamming the same flavour. Maple syrup + honey + blueberries and salt. So good! I too like making it the night before/morning and have it chilled. Banging and so easy to travel with.

Totally agree with the guys above! Consider the the time you have available and your schedule. Can you travel that far and still complete the tasks you need to do for that day? I personally have driven that far for a stretch of time to train at a better equipped gym. If you don’t have the time to consistently travel and train there, focus on what you CAN do with what’s available to you locally. If you’re struggling let us know what you have available and we can suggest movements/training.

Hiya Mike! I totally agree with Allison here. Don’t change a thing, get right back to your usual protocol. No need to do any kind of adjustment and no need to try and estimate kcals consumed. After a few days you’ll likely feel much better physically and mentally. I do also agree that it’s worth having a think about what brought you to that event. Was routine different?

Hi guys late night tonight! Was up this morning for the usual routine! Up for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for legs. Great session! No sleeves because mine are way too tight right now so attempting to stretch them out before I try them on again. Back home to continue with work, meals and then picked up my partner from the airport so up late today!

Hi guys happy Sunday! Up for a walk and decided to rest today as my lower back felt a bit shit and I’ll start the week fresher tomorrow. Spent the day working, food shopping, cleaning tidying and now doing laundry!
