    Hi guys happy Friday! Very busy day! Up for a walk, breakfast, work and the usual then in for a training session with my lovely client! We worked through her leg session and then ran through some posing after. Had a really great time absolutely yapping her ears off and training hard. Spent this evening at a Mario kart competition: I did so shit 😂 was really fun!

    Hi guys happy Thursday! Up early for a walk, breakfast and then a trip to the dentist. All good in the hood! In for hams glutes and delts today, had a great session! Back home to continue for the day with work, editing, check-ins and basically sitting at my laptop. Meals in, water in and ready for bed.

    Hi guys! Very busy day today. Rest day! Up for a walk, breakfast, editing, check ins and training analysis, some errand running, visited my lovely grandma and then back home to continue work for the rest of the day. Quick food shop then had my final meal quite a bit later than anticipated. Another busy day tomorrow 🙂‍↕️

    Hi guys! In for quads and glutes today. It’s been 20 days since I’ve done this session. It was a bit rocky but I did what I could and I’ll be at peace with it. Most movements were great. Of course not the same load as pre being ill/travel but I’m not worried about that as it’ll take me a week or so to get back up to speed.

    I second what Hilly mentioned. Don’t act upon emotions in the moment. If you find yourself feeling short or snappy, level with yourself and take a second before you say or do something you’ll change your mind about after a meal! (Haha) l think context matters, but for the most part it’s always about communication and exercising patience.

    Hi guys happy Monday! I was scheduled to train today however I felt not super duper funky fresh and took a rest day. My usual schedule will commence from tomorrow. All rest day meals in, steps just about hit and at LAST I actually felt a little hungry before my final meal. Nabbed a new pair of knee sleeves from my sister after someone nicked just ONE of my sleeves. Excited for a big leg session tomorrow

    In my opinion, if you have the desire to compete, as soon as you come to terms with the fact that it’s something you want to experience and try, you should focus on starting the whole process right from the beginning as Kam mentioned. A good relationship with food, growing and pushing up with consistency (training and food) and experiencing a diet before you get involved in a proper prep diet. I second what Kamara said about getting a coach. A good coach will ensure you do all the above and can guide you through the whole experience. It’s a bit more of a commitment than eating certain foods and dieting.

    Hi guys! Happy Saturday! I actually ventured to the gym today. It was an okay session. Managed expectations as i haven’t properly trained over the past two weeks with sickness and travel. I’ll be pleased to have a couple weeks or normal routine!

    Hiya Stefan, I’m interested to see your response to the above. For the most part, there’s nothing wrong with having 250g protein from direct sources if digestion, performance and recovery are in a good place.

    Hello hello guys happy Friday! I was so looking forward to training today with a client and going over some posing, however I’ve had to reschedule as I’m still a bit sick, much better than a couple days ago but still playing it patient before I train and pose! Tomorrow I should be okay to test the waters. I’d have felt awful if I made my client ill and so we’ve rescheduled. Another day focused around rest, work and now finally chilling! Today was the usual day I’d film check ins and recap for my monthly YouTube video and so I stuck to it! Bodyweight is unfortunately a little down after not much training and sickness. With that measurements are slightly down but visuals are okay. Defo in a position to keep growing and very eager to get back in the gym!

    Hi guys, feeling a bit better but unfortunately in no position to train just yet. Food has been MUCH better and have been able to digest and not feel like shit all day! Win win. Hoping that tomorrow I feel even better
