    Hi guys happy Tuesday. Rest day for me with a lot of laptop work, check ins, calls and SITTING. Broken up by a walk in the morning and then again in the afternoon to see my lovely chiro. I was very very tight around my mid back and needed a few adjustments. I currently have a few days off as I’ll be travelling. Very tired and ready for bed

    Hiya Dominik, best not to focus on bf % and instead focus on visuals. 12%, 10% or whatever % can look vastly different on different physiques.

    Agree with Jordan! Honestly, with most programs having a variety in movements you will likely find that you do a bit of all the above. Understanding it is great and can help guide some decision making but it’s defo not something to fixate on.

    Hi guys happy Monday! Busy day! Up early for a walk, breakfast, work and then in to train hams and glutes. Very surprised as my SI felt great today! No issues no pain. Funnily enough I’m booked in with my chiro tomorrow just as I’m starting to feel alright haha! Of course! Back home after to continue with work and finished later than usual. Ready for bed!

    Hi guys happy weekend! Training day for me today and in for a big session. Quads and glutes where I have three BIG movements and then the fluffy stuff. Up for a walk, breakfast, check ins and then made my way to the gym. Unfortunately it took me an hour to get there… because Saturday traffic through Croydon and police cars in pursuit seem to be a Saturday thing. Gym was busy but got a really good session in regardless. Leg press PB which is amazing because it feels like a never ending fucking GRIND to progress this but it is proving fruitful with patience. Smith squats are a little touch and go right now with my SI but overall really good work, touched three plates but racked it as I just felt I couldn’t hold positioning well enough without discomfort. Glute drive was great. This too has been a bit of a fucky movement, hard to progress and requires SO much patience but today went well! HARD but due a load increase soon if it continues to feel this good. Back home to get meals on way later than I’d like purely because traffic and the day longing out! One more meal to go and then that’s the day wrapped. Bodyweight has actually been trending down this week but I’m about 7 days away from my cycle and this is a trend I’ve noticed and so I’ll hold here before a possible increase in food again. I’ll be going away next week too (resting and eating what I like within reason) and so It’s probably for the best that I just sit here for now!

    Hiya Rion, is this the first time this has happened? It’s a little strange but in the grand scheme of things not a huge issue unless it’s something reoccurring or you notice multiple lifts decline over a period of time. It could be a number of things, positioning being different, machine set up a little different, rest periods being different. The fact that you hit 2 PBs on the movement prior to this could have a part to play in it. All in all, it just means you have to adjust load on that movement and continue to work. Imo, 6 reps is the lower end of a rep range too, If you’re unable to progress that I’d suggest dropping load so you can get within 6-12 reps.

    Hi guys happy Friday! Rest day for me and I feel that the past two days, time has majorly gotten away from me. Still got everything needed done just didn’t manage to finish as anticipated. I’m also around 7-8 days away from my cycle so feeling more tired than usual. Normal just sleepy

    Hi guys happy Thursday! Up for a walk, breakfast, work and then in for hams and glutes! Overall an okay session some movements were fantastic and other just okay. Rdls were just okay today. Back home to carry on with work, consume all my meals and now chilling

    Hi guys! Happy Tuesday. Training day for me! Up for a wet walk, breakfast and straight in to check ins and work before heading to the gym for quads and glutes. The past few weeks have been a bit iffy because of my SI. My chiro is on holiday and so I’ve been doing my best to work through this at home till she’s back. Today however was a SOLID session! Progressions on a few movements which is great. Working back up to some all time heavy loads. How exciting. Back home to continue on for the day with few calls and check ins. Final meal has just been consumed and now to chill and play on my switch
