    Denis , the health stack we do . That covers your base for everything you need across all areas . Then simply do your cardio and don’t get fat , while managing e2 , and BP will stay ok . If it creeps , assess why , look at potassium to sodium ratio and increase potassium as needed . Look at the drugs your using that cause excess sodium retention ( test and gh do this ) , so again run those in moderation if bp is creeping

    Do you still get 10 hours of sleep? I can honestly say this is one of the most underrated and most important pieces of advice from you. It always ceases to amaze how some pros say they can get under 8 hours .. if i go more than 3 days under 8 hours i get sick. 10 hours of sleep is more important than increasing doses on anything 🙏🏻💪🏻

    Are you still doing upper, quads glutes … or going back to push, pull , legs? I noticed today was back to a push only day🔥

    It’s just the instant reaching alll the way to a place that is just silly . Does ampk elevation impact mtor , yes . Does it make any difference if you can then do things you have never done before , no . It drives me crazy as they only reach that hard just because it allows them some kind of talking point for content .

    If you were able to totally optimize recovery to the max/sessions were short enough would you ever train 7 days a week ? I recall you did 2 a days at one point when working with Milos. Granted daily naps and nutrition being on point

    I take a serving of osteo pro am and pm and I take 3 cure coming am and pm , and then 1 pycnogenol am and pm . Inflammation / joint health management from them is key

    Is the 1 set upper/lower 6 day routine something you’d ever try? You suggested only if new to lifting .. do you think an advanced trainee could utilize this? Only way to find out is to try it i know 😂

    To follow up after 3 days of good sleep .. it’s back down to about 70 .. which i could still improve but def better. For about a week straight my sleep was terrible 5 hours or less .. and lost 2 close friends . Crazy how much stress and sleep will affect those. But I’m def determined to get it 60s 🙏🏻with some HIT session . I also noticed if i forget to wear my cpap it’s also higher , so i need to cut the crap with that . These are all things that some of us may overlook or may think minimally affect things but as I’ve seen in last ten days these factors can certainly make a big difference in the big picture

    Following up to this post and 3 weeks after coming off 300mg tren RHR at a constant 58 now.. i think it’s safe to say I’ve done enough tren in my 20s to be done with it for good at 37🙏🏻❤️take care of your heart [/quote]

    Totally man , sometimes we need a wake up to realize we what we did in our 20s isn’t sustainable forever .. being on this earth longer is more important than long term tren use .. happy holidays to all🙏🏻💪🏻♥️

    Water weight , but also muscle memory and then dosages of drugs I have never ran before

    I think you’ve touched on this before but is it ok to take all healing peptides in the morning with the mito stack ? Or do you recommend different times of day ?

    Makes total sense. It’s frustrating when we look back and realize how many stupid mistakes we’ve made (cycle planning etc) becuase of incorrect misguided bs info. But i guess life is all about learning from mistakes. Thanks for all your help🙏🏻

    Sean I was playing with the combo to find a balance of what felt best for mood , sex drive , water retention , joint health , and I have definitely landed on 2.5g test 1.2g eq 1g nandrolone . I’m really really happy with that for all of them . I’m fucking mad strong , the water is tolerable ( ish) , mood is perfect . I get strange dreams when I add nandrolone , not very nice dreams actually and one is a dream I have had for all of my life and the moment I changed to add it , that dream is back and I fall back to sleep into a variation of the same dream , but that’s the only side that I feel tbh, and I can tolerate that .

    My apologies if you already answered previously but what AI doses if any are you taking with current cycle? Milos wrote me a program years ago having me take AIs daily and it completely killed my HDL so i need to never do that again.

    Mark I didn’t / I don’t care sorry . My fitness feels insane using the dada itpp , my joints feel insane and digestion perfect from the bpc etc . So I just don’t care . When I try something and I start finding Myself into positions that other people have never been , I then just couldn’t give a shit what they say. And I really like Steve , he is awesome . I am just focused on results and when I am getting them so fast , I couldn’t give a fuckkkkkkkk what someone else tells me
