thank you for your reply! at what bg values will you use lantus? When will your morning blood glucose be higher than 100? And wasn’t 2018 the year in which you managed to significantly improve your waistline?

are your fats counted from all products such as rice/lean meat or is 70g of fat added from products such as olive oil/peanut butter?

great to have you back! I hope you will publish your diet soon. Do you want to use Lantus just because your BG is too high? I remember that a few years ago you insisted on eating without using insulin or using little of it (when working with Stefan), how did you deal with your blood sugar levels then?

Is rice and meat weighed before or after cooking?

Marc What was the highest amount of food you ever had in the offseason?
Hi mate, I never actually got sent the actual breakdown of macros from Kuba, I could have worked it out but preferred to just follow the plan. I would say peak push up with Kuba, I was likely around 5500 calories and they were clean calories too. I’m not actually a big eater, but get a good response from this amount[/quote]
and before you started working with Kuba, you never ate more calories?

Congratulations! Your condition was amazing! In the past, how much protein/fat/carbohydrate did you consume maximum during the offseason?

Alisson, it’s not that I disagree with you. players who eat meals weighing several kilograms are usually people who do not eat too many calories on a daily basis. the food is very voluminous but the calorie content is low, so most of them do not have flatulence a few hours after such a meal. but if someone eats 7,000 calories + whether it is a large volume or a minimal amount, the amount of calories alone will make us bloated because our digestive system will process it. that’s why 90% of heavy cyclists walk around with a big belly in the off-season, but at Prep this waist comes back. that’s why I also agree with Jordan, with the rest I think that there is no person in the world with such knowledge as Jordan. overeating huge amounts of calories + gh + slin + drugs and doing it for years spoils the belly. the volume of meals caused by water has no effect on the waist. otherwise Wessley would have palumboism from eating hundreds of kilograms of cream of rice where he adds 1-1.5 liters of water to each

Regarding veggies, too much veggies are not good either, you need them but don’t abuse, many girls are abusing veggies in bikini and they are bloated everyday of the year, being bloated expand your abs muscle on the long run, keep the amount needed, not more not less and if you feel you got way too much carbs, go for honey or cream of rice tbjp to relief the belly
I studied physiotherapy. Eating alone cannot cause a linea alba to appear, and if it does occur (usually due to training and genetics), it does not widen the waist, but influences its control. I also don’t understand how flatulence helps build abdominal muscles? unless it’s temporary? Jordan wrote something different than you above.
He wrote clearly that the volume of food does not affect the waistline, but the amount of calories consumed, a huge number of calories and drugs. I also talked to a dietician friend and he said, like Jordan, that we can expand our stomach with the volume of food, but all this is not permanent, only temporary

So, to sum up, the volume of the meal itself, even if we are temporarily bloated after it, will not permanently affect our waistline, but only temporarily? but a large amount of calories (even trying to reduce the volume of food) + a large amount of drugs + building huge muscle mass can only spoil our waistline? it seemed logical to me because there are many competitors, even men physique, who do a challenge such as eating 5 meals, each weighing 3-4 kg, and their waistlines are sucked in the next morning. and it was equally important to me that a large amount of water added to cor/oatmeal would not have a negative impact on the waistline, and in some cases even positively. I hope I’m not wrong now.
Thank you!John

Jordan already explained it to me. the volume of the meal itself does not matter for our waistline as long as we do not eat huge amounts of calories and do not try to push our muscle mass to enormous sizes. this does not apply to guys from lower categories or classic physique, even though, as you can see, they sometimes eat meals of 3 kg or 5.5-6k calories.
as for vegetables, I saw that Jordan once gave someone 250-300g of zucchini for a meal when he was after the starting period. and too few vegetables can also negatively affect your waistline.

I expressed myself a bit badly, because just overeating huge amounts of calories +7000 mP can have an impact on your waistline, regardless of the volume of this food. I don’t mean stuffing myself for 24 hours, I just want to be bloated enough in the evening and I can do a vacuum in the morning. I saw that Jordan himself sometimes recommended eating 300g of vegetables per meal during preparation or after, I saw that many athletes here on the forum eat cream of rice with a large amount of water (1 liter +) even during the mass period and they have great waistlines. What I’m more interested in is whether eating large volumes of food but moderate calories 2900-3500 per day or adding a lot of water to your diet or shakes can permanently widen your waistline? I think Jordan once wrote here that water leaves the system quickly and nothing can happen because of water

jordan, what amount of vegetables do you recommend for a meal? Will 300g of low-calorie vegetables per meal be too much?
