Hey Guys
Hope you had a great day.
An early pull session as I had to take my mum to the hospital.
I don’t mind training early, sometimes I actually really like it. With how my work is set up it’s definitely better for that, that I train at 1pm so for now that time will stay. But maybe into the future I’d love to train a little earlier in the day

Hey Guys
Hope you’ve all had a great Tuesday….
Today was work day and Push day.
A really great session – feeling good all round with sessions at the moment with the exercises and set ups so excited to see them build – haven’t had much change with set up the whole off season just some movements switched with like for like ones and orders adjusted from kuba when needed – based on strength progressions or order of priority at that time

I agree with Kuba – goal acomplished – plus body comp is sat in a very good spot for you to have a long way to push on up.
Taper the cals up a little – on all fronts.
And after the first bump keep an eye on this every 4-5 days and if slower titrations up and down with expenditure can happen then do

Happy Monday
Hope you’ve all had a great start to your week.
A busy day of work and consult calls for the new program Kuba and I are running to help upskill up coming coaches / bodybuilders on the process of bodybuilding (training, business, mindset, lifestyle, nutrition) – very excited!
We spent the afternoon watching Barbie – that was bloody fantastic ✔️ and back home for a little more work before we wind down. And then we rinse and repeat tomorrow

I’d stick to the opposite delt and other areas rotating to help scar tissue build up – could be you can’t rotate and pin that well on that side – but just avoid if feels shit,
If you’re in a gaining phase I’d just stick with your injectables.

I agree with the guys above – time to push on to see some more –
When things stall as long as all metrics are in a good spot it’s time to push the envelope

Really happy with todays check in shots … still lots more left and needed to give – but we know with hard work the progress will come.
Last night had some protein pancakes cooked by kuba ….. looking forward to more of them tonight

And a shoot morning after check ins to style the new acid wash range that’s coming to TBJP
And an afternoon of meetings and calls and work to finish off the day
Me and kuba are watching all the Harry potters from starts to finish it’s taking a while as we don’t get too much time in the evening but so wholesome
