I don’t do them on everything – just those I feel safe and still locked in with tension lateral raises, leg extensions are my only ones that I do

I agree with Clare it’s useful to have for health benefits.
I would keep it away from training to not hinder recovery – with clients I usually start with 10 mins and work up to 15 mins max –
Helps to keep a good level of fitness there. I’ve also seen most people stay with fitness levels enough for health and getting to work in sets from LISS cardio also

A busy day – early wake and sorting of foods before we headed to Manchester for Kuba to view some warehouses
Lots of driving and travel time –
All work completed before I left and last work things to finished once home
We have legs tomorrow so it’s all about relaxing and getting ready for that tonight

I’d probably go and see a well educated, highly recommended chiropractor.
I have 2 clients who have Scoliosis and strengthening there erectors and core through doing these types of movements actually help them function well in day to day life.
Each person is different, everyone’s issues have to be approached in a way that’s safe for you personally but I would definitely do what I’ve said above and also if any of those types of movements cause no pain I wouldn’t know why you’d just stop doing them.
Maybe even a form and control issue as to why it’s current painful to do it rather than because of your issues form a personal biomechanics perspective

pull day – and a usual Sunday morning of check ins, client team call this week in the form of a q+a answering all prep, off-season, PED, coaching help that the team want answering. It’s also a nice way to feel part of a team and not just totally lonesome
Some good progress in todays pull session, a little bit of a different order due to one of my clients jumping in on my session, but all numbers still stepped forwards. Lucy one of my natural clients but she’s an absolute beast, so it was nice to train with her!

The amount your aiming for is pretty standard for a diet phase yes.
Once progress starts to slow make a diet change or an expenditure change and see how that takes you for 5-7 days and make adjustments as needed

Hey Guys
Kubas birthday today – yesterday we headed to the spa which was really nice – good to be off the phone for an hour and enjoy each others company
Today was a push day –
Progress seems to be building quite nicely off the back of some extra good and the assistance re-addtion.
Really happy with how everything looked and felt today a really positive session!

Hey Guys
Hamstring day today
Hinges felt super strong which is what we want – a little bit of extra food always has those feeling a little better – most other movements don’t feel a struggle in a diet but hinges do for me obviously shows they are still a weakness – will aim to make them even better this time around in this push

I agree with Kuba – most erectile issues come when tiredness is high and when body fat is extremely low.
Get back on top with your sleep and it should help it
If sleep gets better and it doesn’t improve have a look at some blood see where you are
