I’m with Michaela.
But as kuba states mine has always sat on a “density day” or “leg day” so the real need for lots of glutes and ham work is always there for me personally

Rest day here today
Diet seems to be going super well – obviously a good chunk of cals down to begin with so seeing some nice movement currently 1.8kg down since Sunday.
A normal rest day of massage, working, admin work, started packing as we go away next weekend and sorting some travel arrangements etc for that too
Hamstring day tomorrow – look forward to SLDLs

I agree with the guys – right now your goal is getting leaner
If you see a stall in movement for a while like you have changes need to be made 100% x

I agree with Peter here !
Are you not able to move around at all post surgery as you can still remain active in other ways potentially
It’s also important to keep your diet on point to aid things too, obviously will be more maintenance style of calories but that will help to keep things in a good place too

How’s your routine? Is your cals lower on a rest day? (It should be)
Do you stick to foods you enjoy?
Do you chew your food a lot to aid digestion?Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hope you’ve all had a great weekend.
Today was my first day of my diet – Kubas dropped cals pretty decently to see some good shift, we will run this for 10 weeks there or there’s abouts. Will show us things really really well.
I will post up my diet tomorrow for you all to see. We’ve added in 40 mcg of clen alongside my usual gh, telmarsartan, metaformin, TRT. I won’t use any androgens in this time.
Perhaps we will utilise some in the next push phase, unless we don’t feel it’s needed – we will see

I echo what everyone says above.
I actually find it harder to connect with my lats if I rotate.
I aim to keep my whole body neutral and core contracted hard –

Evening All
A lovely rest day – lots of work, life jobs and admin jobs done.
Cleared the to-do list which never happens. I’m sure more will pop up tomorrow haha.
Tomorrow will be my first day of the diet, which I’m really looking forward to! Will be great to strip back and see what’s here 🙂

Everyone is different some don’t like to have isolations pre compounds, others do.
I personally do like to – allows my knees the warm up fully and for me mentally be in my session before going about a compound lift
And if things are progressing – why change it? Keep it going for as long as you can
