Yeah I’m with Claire, I’d run a off upper legs off pull push legs.
I find personally if the 3 days need to go in a row for PPL that push should sit between the pull and legs cause I find doing legs one day then trying to load anything on my back for my squat variation is awful 🙏🏼

Hey Guys
Pull day, some really good sets.
I didn’t progress much this session with load but extra reps and some hold with loads just to make sure my pauses were being met as I definitely rushed them the last couple of weeks.
Tomorrow is a rest day, going to have a relaxed rest day which I’m excited for, sitting to work, maybe the cinema in the evening and chill out as the last few have been a little on the go

Yes getting some adaptations to your plan will work really well.
For the fun scenario above you should go
To the gym that has the best kit, that sounds like the one with only 1 hamstring machine. You can always do a lying cuffed single hamstring curl or a DB lying hamstring curl if you need a second variationMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Why on earth would you be “going through the motions” and expecting that to yield the results you want?
Operate with excellent movement integrity, in a controlled, deliberate fashion, moving maximal load, progressively from session to session, without compromising the controllables.
Hi Rich, what I meant by that is I am still doing it controlled and standardising form, and progressing every session but let’s say the eccentric is 1 sec versus going slightly lighter and doing 3-4 sec eccentric. My joints cannot take the heavy weight and speed of progression when I add any anabolics in[/quote]
You may need to reset if you’re going with a slower tempo but your joints if anything will feel better as you do get back to previous weights you were liftingMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Yes control your movements, yes train with good form but have absolute all our intensity with that. Build the load where you can and aim to get strong as hell whilst training well
Going the motions will help you to build nothing

Hope you’ve all had a great Sunday
A productive morning with my team call + work today.
We spoke around how consistency helps to build towards success and what consistency actually means, it’s always a nice way to get across the importance of things like this especially for those who are very new to the sport

I agree with both Kuba and Marc here
– if you want some true help post some pics so you can see where a split would fall best for you personally
– and if your current split has worked well as well as your training set up, why are you changing it for a prep. For me personally changes will usually come post a competitive season

Hey Guys
Saturday and a leg day
One of Kubas lovely clients is over from the US, I coach his lovely wife. So was nice to train and link up with them today. Jason is a Pro and will be competing the same time as me (and potentially Kuba) next year so it’ll be great to do some shows together!
A great day in the gym with ramping my squats to 3 plates and a 15 for a solid 8 reps, will tidy them up a bit next time.
Rest day tomorrow

Yes how you’re doing it is absolutely fine.
If someone struggles with ROM I think going all the way to the stoppers teaches them just that.
But a dead stop just away from the stoppers with full ROM is great too. The idea is to never let tension off anyway so a great way to do it

Hope you’ve all had a great Friday
Rest day for us …
Today I caught up on all banking bits for me and Kuba, always good to do at the end of every month
Friday is my check in less day, so dog walking, meal prepping and the admin stuff was just the agenda for today

I agree with Michaela. It’s not going to be the best with your recovery or training or progress for that matter.
But it also depends what you do it for….is just on a lifestyle basis?
If not and you’re serious around BB I’d probably look to see if you could add in a meal pre your session, or at least a heavy meal the night before an starting to have a shake and an intra with protein and carbs as you Tyson

Happy Thursday all.
A fabulous session today! Lots of good little wins, which is what we want.
Left the gym feeling great, looking forward to hams on Saturday 🙌🏽We’re back in line with our split with AJ and Loz now (I know you read this Loz 😉 ) so I’m happy about that.
Thinking of an upper back row change in the session I did today, I love the seated prime plate row, I haven’t had it in since prep, I’d like to see a return of it
