I am with Hayley. I actually find it not to be the best. I found my Fitbit when I had that and also my aura to be the most accurate plus I found the whoop was actually needing to be charged very often.

Hey all, hope you are well

Great few days that I’ve had the last few – rest day yesterday
Focusing on doing some work and also doing some house jobs as well the boring stuff when you get old lol

And then today was glitz isolation essentially succession where the movements that I would’ve usually done in legs as my top up for glutes. I’ve got them as a separate session the day before so that I can be in the gym at the same time as Kuba doing his second upper of the week
And then tomorrow I do actual legs with obviously more quad focus

I’m actually really enjoying it. I’m not sure if progress will build too much of it at the minute. It has still been little by little and I don’t mind that winds like that. Be huge development overtime.

    Hey all

Great upper session yesterday nice to see number start to move after some time not doing it was very sluggish to start and now feeling great. Also less niglges at the minute too in the upper now I’m moving it with weight more often! So happy to have it stay now upper has downsized enough for my needs

In with lower body and on the pendulum, if it’s there I want to take a 5kg progression and if wake ups feel good I’ll take that

I would keep it the same no need to adjust it, as you get closer to competition if there is a little bit of water that could be dropped ( not fat as you should be fat free ) that’s when you can start to think about lowering or dropping out will be at that point really I would think about that

Hey guys, hope you are well

Training day today, which will be upper body

Calories on a body day I actually run my rest day calories

There is no real want to build my property but I don’t want it to be extremely small meaning that the need for lots of calories on those days are there and the actual session is not that demanding especially now that I don’t do any press work

A nice morning of working and the usual set up.

Looking forward to a great week ahead with Training – as always just continuing to get after it

I’m with Alison – we don’t actually buy it for quality reasons
We actually have our own home mincer that we use for our meat if we want minced options

Rest day it was a late one getting back from shows and catching up with all clients after show weekend

Today we will sauna ice bath and go for a coffee before a home to relax style afternoon

    In enjoying my current split

    Upper
    Lower
    Rest
    Glutes
    Lower
    Rest repeat

I’m not sure I’m keen on the glutes into legs day I do find it a bit harder to take much progress from that leg day but there’s still some progress and my legs are looking bigger. Having good programming allows it to stay manageable so I’m looking forward to seeing how it steps forwards

Allison does make some very good recipes with the cream and rice

Me and Kuba make a pancake and we actually have them on our YouTube

You could have a go with that

Or you could simply just make it in the microwave put water in it. I like to use a nice 3 to one ratio so three times in amount of water to cream of rice.
Oh, sometimes people use little more than that. I’ll cook it for two minutes in the microwave and get it out steering and then keypad in one minute at a time and stirring after you get to consistency that you like.

    I have ran
    Upper lower rest repeat
    And
    Lower upper lower rest repeat

I guess it depends on your goals and even your recoverability as to what it’s going to sit best for you

    Hey guys

A day of pre-show day for a few clients, three of my lovely ladies doing the NPC regional competition in Milton Keynes two figure ladies and one Bikini, all looking absolutely incredible. None of them first time is but a couple of the girls haven’t competed for a very long time and when I say a very long time 7/8 years for a couple of them it’s nice to take them back to stage after them having a long hiatus

I also have Kerry competing at the Arnolds, I am here in Birmingham to watch the event, she’s looking great

I also had a normal wreck in the morning before travelling down and then a glutes session. We’re actually very close to a very good gym in our Airbnb so nice and easy.

I personally always track it and keep it consistent, I use highest standard there is of the MPS from TBJP and have since 2017/18 when it was available to buy

    Rest day 2 of 2

Morning of working , walking with dad with the dogs, meal prep and prepping some things for heading off to the Arnold’s tomorrow

Tomorrow will be a nice early work day, Head to the Arnold’s and then go to train before the real Saturday show day kicks off

I will get my bloods done on the Saturday too, all markers 2 weeks ago came back great beat they’ve been in 4 years but some weren’t able to be pulled from the labs from the people who test them so I’d rather re do incase any results were actually off

Absolutely I think the best thing to do is have a nice space if you make incredible progress in the gym and also with your physique there is likely no need to actually take the volume anywhere but if there’s not really much happening and recoveries not really getting impacted at all then that’s when obviously more volume will be needed for now focus on strong and hard sessions and make the most of it

Hey guys, hope you are well

Rest day here we are going to do a double rest

Which will work really well , since both of our knees are feeling a little bit tender

It also allows for me to place training nicely around this weekend with travelling to the Arnolds as well

That he will be a usual rest day
    Check in
    Walk
    Meal prep
    Back to work

And then continuing on with the rest of the day

    Have a good one, guys
