Hey All
Rest day here for us
A great day too – rest day, had a meeting with a client to discuss this year, a meeting with the MK coaches and work.
This afternoon caught up on some admin ad life jobs so we can start tomorrow in a great place and stress low 🙂
Ready for another week of making progress x

also, i’ve been 3 weeks now with these macros. I had 1 day high and one day low before this. on the high day the carbs were double, i’ve been staying on low because i’ve been very ill these 3 weeks, not able to train at all and not moving too much, but i am getting better these days
So are these your rest day cals? And you have training day cals? But the cals are half on your rest day?

Hey All
Hope you’ve had a great day.
Leg day for us….a really solid day in the books. Lots of progress. The last leg day of this push. We don’t plan on getting weaker, but will have to listen to my recovery as we know it just won’t be the same.
But until the time shows itself it’s business as normal.
3 1/2 plates on the smith for 8 good control, great depth, I was really proud of the set ✔️✔️

I agree with Michaela.
With foods being low – a re-comp / prep would be a no for me.
If you’re coming off the back of an offseason with foods this low but body fat high are you sticking to plan?Id aim to ride the offseason for a good 6-8 weeks longer, but aim to be nice and adherent with the calories, Before heading into a re-comp, then solid offseason being nice and adherent, before heading into a prep.
Comps run most of the year now so your no longer capped to s time of year to compete unless with life circumstances you are – so this is what id personally do. As you wan to start prep in a good place

Morning All
A busy day yesterday – work, seeing clients at the gym, more work and it was my best friends 30th birthday.
It’s nice to see people that I haven’t for a while.
I’m not the biggest person but you sure do feel like a standout when amongst normal people…the off-season doesn’t feel super comfortable most of the time but definitely at that time haha.
Leg day today…I’ll be sure to update later!

I’m unsure as to how you look right now – but bring it back to a 8 weeks out look and oush up
from thereDoing that with clients brings great progress

Hey All
Hope you’re well.
A great session today at the gym and always nice to speak and see Oscar too
3 plates and a 15 kilo for 8 reps next session im gunning for a few reps with 4 plates haha. The reps today were pretty cool too and actually felt smoother than last session, probably cause I’m heavier.I’m truly excited with the strength as for me strength = mass which we know we needed more of
But Kubas response the other day was he didn’t expect me to make the progress I have in this push. Which is great. But challenge accepted …. make even more as we move forwards

Welcome to the forum
Your ab work where you’re really working I’d place more at the end of sessions or on rest days – as these are movements you can do when you’re a little fatigued and it not be effective of anything negatively.
You can do some pre session mobiiity to activate + stabilise pre session.
I do 2 ab exercises at the end of every session – I personally don’t go much below 15-20 reps on any or 45 seconds min on any hold. I don’t find them movements I can really progressively overload so I go a little higher reps with these personally

I agree with Oscar sometimes modifications can be useful
However I will say for the post part when I get strong the ability to really stabilise with using a dhandle attached to a machine can sometimes be a little more tricky – you can try to see if it works for you. There is no harm in trying

You don’t have to, if it’s an in the gym, getting to work style video then no
If it’s to display your physique a little more then yes could show things a little better for sure
I find the pro tan base coat one of the best fake tans – nice colour and sticks nice but doesn’t take forever to get off

We utilise this method – both kuba and myself – obviously 10mg for me is very different to what you guys use
But it’s definitely a way that hurts less for you guys + creates less scar tissue build up, I’d split into daily dosages as it’ll aid with having hormones more level, less to inject at one time, less chance of forgetting if it’s daily too
These are the 1ml insulin needles I’m talking about
You make need to want the oil – by holding it in your palm / under you arm pit for a couple mins prior just to make sure you can push it through well enough

Hey All
A nice start to the week with check ins and a couple of client calls to go through plans ahead of this year.
It’s nearly February – this week is going so quick already
A good hamstring session too with 180kg for 8 a nice way to start the week
It’s nice to also have my thrust in this session instead of tagged just on to pull. I still have some glute volume in pull but nice to have a real dedicated compound for glutes on legs as we need a lot of those!
Hope you’ve all had a great start to the week
