Hey All
Hope you’ve had a great Saturday
Client work, zoom call, training, eating, cooking.
Just a normal day 🙂
A great day in the gym too, feeling a little more like me which is awesome.
Feeling like I may need to have a little appetite reset via a pull back soon, I can eat I have a BIG appetite so when it goes a little south we know we’ll have to action to make sure we can get back to pushing. I’ve been stubborn with this in the past and just continued to push and just don’t really see anything get better
So I need to be smart especially with such a long offseason ahead x

Hey Guys
So I’ve not had much look. Haven’t spoke about it much but got super sick again on Tuesday night – Wednesday night. Not ideal.
But feel like I have my fire back today. It’s been a rough few weeks, hoping to leave it behind.
It’s affected the look a little obviously but weight I’ve worked hard to keep on with the sickness and I have so one thing to be happy about
It is what it is I can’t control it just have to push on from here
RDL PB today and back to feeling like me, lovely stuff

So I never have an issue – obviously I don’t have a lot on mine. But I’ve never had an issue when helping my partner too!
Warming them a little helps just in your hand or under you pit for 5 mins.
Also going into a less tough area is much better

I do agree with the above….definitely great points.
I think when you are in the off-season sometimes it’s hard to get away from the pumps.
I like to look at my exercise order to try elimatinate that feeling where you can’t give anymore due to the pumps.
Like I moved glute drive to after RDL as was firing my lower back up way too much

A nice productive day.
Lots of client work and some extra business work done too!
Love having a productive morning snd day leaves you going to bed feeling relaxed even if it’s the same busy-ness tomorrow!Spent the afternoon with my mum and niece and nephew. Love spending time with my family!!

Getting the monitor will help to see the issue in detail. As Max said these issues can go away on there own, you may need some help with it from a medical standpoint but it is so important you listen to your doctors on advice.
I wouldn’t be looking to heavily diet, drive training high or try to push with size on the flip size just to not put any further pressure on the body for now

Hey All
Rest day here for me today.
I had some consultations with some new starters and some calls with current clients to go over plans.
I love chatting and setting up the year ahead with my lovely clients – helps have a clear vision of what the year will look like for them

I’ve always used the day of as a rest day and then back to it the day after…it won’t affect the tattoo just might pinch a little

If you feel the split works well for you then it’s a great split for you. Sessions look well set our especially for your needs base you explained above. You can amend volume based on your recovery so don’t feel stuck with this one.
Sounds like training on your own would be a better option to reduce fustrations as it’ll only take away from your sessions!

Back in the gym for pull.
I felt great after yesterdays rest day 🙂 so was really ready for todays session.
We had 4 sessions lower volume returning to the gym so this was the penultimate of that. Last one with Hams tomorrow then can drive hard.
Sometimes I get down about my lack of tissue at the back, had some stern words with myself that it’s only me who can make sure it’s whacked on…

So I understand your idea of going in fresh work the body part that is weak.
I haven’t found training consecutive days creates the fatigue or a less optimal sessions as if you create your split based on your recovery capabilities you should be fine.
But the weaker areas go to the front of my sessions or more volume on those target areas either in how many times in a Rotation they are hit or actual sets and reps

Hey All!
Hope you’re okay!
Hope you’ve had a great Monday – was a rest day for me.
Completed all work, ahead of some consultations and set ups.
Did a little Instagram question and answer – I get a little nervous chatting on there haha so thought it’d be good to start doing some bits that make me feel a little uncomfortable.
Ready for a training day tomorrow!

It is super person dependant as to what you do for work.
For me personally I don’t have an overly active job, I get up and work from my desk so I feel fine being zero carb on a rest day.
After a heavy day on a rest day I like to start my day zero carb, before trickling the rest through the day including pre bed to help for a nice nights sleep.
Trial and error like most things to find what suits you best xx

Hey Guys
Push day back in the gym – felt great in there today, firey, strong and ready to smash it.
Such a fantastic feeling – due to not being well and not in the gym I’m running 4 sessions at devolume and reassessing how I feel as to if I go back full pelt.
Check in today weight is back up to pre illness weight, look was somewhat good to say a little less training. So no changes needed
