    Hey Guys

Last of the rest days today! I’m really excited to go back to training tomorrow.

We will start back with push which will be great , cannot wait to be back in the gym.

I hate taking time away but I wasn’t well enough for it, I’d have pushed through but I need to not when I’m real ill.

A great day of making some content for my clients my first educational vid for my clients were done today x

I like the prone pull that Max mentions above. I don’t connect super well with my lats and was one of the movements that after working on making it perfect have a fabulous connection c

    Hey All

Hope you’ve all had a great Sunday.

Rest day for me 🙂 I spent the day cracking on with my online course I’m doing, along with doing some admin bits for MK and client work too.

Tomorrow will be another rest day before I head back to the gym on Tuesday.

    Hey Gary

So firstly it comes down to what is better for you and your life.

A split that’s best for you is a split that allows you to juggle all things well to make sure you can recover well and be ready for all your sessions but also be there for your family.

What works better for you set days or can you do the rotational split?

Hope you’ve all had a lovely Saturday

I always do a team zoom on a Saturday – sometimes a topic I think of, sometimes what clients have asked me to cover.

One question was the check in process.

I remember my first check ins with my first couple coaches it was just weight, pics and then some feedback.

I like to pull more data from my clients because I think it makes and sets someone up to make as much progress as they possibly can just by looking into everything with a little more detail, to stay a little more accountable to themselves too even in an offseason.

Hope you’ve all had a good day

Thank you for your response. Very helpful. Thank you Kat xx

Hi Meg, I was just wondering what your approach would be to come off a cycle of anavar? Sorry if you’ve covered this else where. I have previously tapered off/just come off. Would you recommened a supplement to help balance out if you have struggled to balance out previously. Thank you

    Hey Katrina

    Hope you’re well.

I would never push anavar that high in dose (10mg max and when in prep had gone to 20mg for the last little Stetch) or for that long that you see any major effects from coming off.

I supplement with vital support year round alongside all my other health supps.

The only thing I taper off is my fat burners when in a prep to make sure we don’t see a massive bounce back from low thyroid, this alongside tapering slowly from expenditure and up with food to help support at this phase.

I think getting regular bloods allows you to see where you need the extra support at any point ?

    I hope this helps? Xxx[/quote]

Super glad, any questions ever just throw them my way x

I’d like to be like I never get them…but honest deep into a diet phase it’s pretty much daily.

I like to keep myself busy always and keep it like that when deep ins diet phase to help these feelings a little

A really productive day to – lots of admin stuff done. We had a meeting with our coaches so was good to connect up and get some ideas.

Started working on bits straight away which was great feel ready for my bed this evening!

I’m looking forward to this year, taking the time from stage to push the business a little more whislt we add a little more thixkensss and tissue to the back of me

Hope you’ve all had a fab Friday!

I like to make sure my HR is slightly elevated.

I do this by doing the mobility exercises set for me – perhaps seeing a therapist could help with this.

But for push I’d go with some banded movements to help stabilise the shoulder, along with some light weight movements that you’d do in pain e.g. laterals

Lower I’d get the hips fired with some clams, rolling hips Bridges light lunges etc

and back some back activation with light rows and pulls to help get things fired.

Again I’d see someone specialist in the field for some mobility exercises that are good for you!

    Push Day for me –
    Seated prime single lat rise
    Nautilus shoulder press
    Strive incline press
    Tricep focus flat prime press
    Lying cuffed laterals
    EZ tricep push
    DB Single OH

Is how the session went – I didn’t feel super great today I’m not sure if it was from legs yesterday or the fact I’m having a little return of the illness I had a couple weeks ago! Hoping it isn’t!

    Hey All

Check in day for me today – sitting at between 68.5-69 all week. Very happy. Feel the look is tight still, I would say when we come off cycle (22nd) a couple weeks or so and we will need to pull back a little to make sure my body comp stays all good.

My pics are added below, I updated my food a week or so ago which you can find up there ??

    And cycle is unchanged 🙂

Hey – have you seen a physio or a therapist for them to diagnose the problem properly?

If not that would be my first point of call.

If your struggling to train anything effectively it may be a good idea to rest totally!

    Hey All

Hope you’ve all had a great Monday.

Normal day with work, home work bits before heading to the gym.

Had a great session! Progression on all lifts and increased some volume also.

Recovery has felt great the last couple weeks so the volume jump is definitely welcomed.

Tomorrow is a rest day – a normal work day too, busiest of the week so am earlier night ready to smash it all out 🙂
