Hey Guys
Push Day here and hope you have a great Sunday.
A great session – felt ridiculously strong on my sets today. Managed a 2 plates and a 5 on my Atlantis press, felt so good just moved so well.
I’m excited to keep on progressing this little by little every session.
Was great to see Caitlin at the gym today – she’s ridiculously strong and so good to be around that energy. It’s great to be around guys who are but just another level of buzz when a female is there and there equally as supportive of your journey as you are of theirs x
Thank you so much Meg ❤️ you’re looking honestly unreal ? and I can’t wait to continue watching you progress ?
Ps deffo gonna have to go watch Spider-Man now
And I cannot wait for yours! You should, it’s so good ?Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hey!
So this depends what was the injury? Are you able to get back fully into training now or not yet?
If you aren’t able to fully train properly I wouldn’t be pushing food as hard and would definitely take a decrease from that.
I think the first thing you need to do is just get back some style of structure the level of injury or how well you’ve recovered post injury will determine how days training per week you can do and also at what intensity.
Getting back to it will go some extend solve some of the issues, but for sure if you can’t get back to things 100% just yet I’d definitely lower the calories

Yeah I have this when my brace isn’t great or I’ve gone too heavy causing my back to come away from the pad or pelvis curling forwards.
I’d drop the load a little and focus on keeping that alignment bang on

I find it’s a muscle that is easier to twinge probably due to most people having lots of tightness in this area and trying to load it heavy
Get in to see a therapist for them to see how serious the statin is and then you can think of plan of action moving forward could need complete rest, could deal with lighther load x

Nutrifast is fab – use DPD and produce is extremely fresh. I use there stuff and can’t recommend them enough!

Hey All
Hope you’ve all had a lovely start to your weekend
A rest day here – had some new starter plans to get though today so excited to have the new ladies start up.
Then I spent the rest of the day with my best friend Ashton and my dad at the cinema. Absolutely loved Spider-Man!

We just added primo. TRT keeps me in normal active range so taking this out wouldn’t be very smart
Thanks Meg, i thought maybe the total amount of androgens would give more risks of masculine side effects. What is the maximum weekly primo dose you would taper up to? Jordan said in one of his video’s that he would taper primo for females to maximum of 70mg per week. That’s why i ask?
The trt doesn’t take her past her natural range she was in back in 2018, the dose reflects the levels that she had then so this doesn’t bring any extra androgen levels that is not how I ever use trt.
It’s quite common these days however I feel like it should be used when needed, take jade for example we managed to get test levels up and back in higher range with dheaa alone there fore she doesn’t need trt
These days people prescribe it to some that don’t even need it which I don’t totally support, time and a place for these things always.
Total androgen load will be low and duration of time exposed will be load that’s my preference with women.
Low dose and short time = sides kept extremely low
Hi Kuba, Meg, Can i ask do you take the testosterone back out when you are adding in AAS. Or leave in? Just asking as I’m perimenopausal so I take a very low dose of test at the mo.
Hey Tori,
No we don’t take the test out when we add in other assistance as the TRT is just there to have me sat within normal range. We monitor my levels closely via regular bloods and make adjustments if needed ?
Hi Meg, thanks for getting back to me on that. Have a fantastic day. Best. Tori
I love the prime plate extension but prefer the pin stack curl – I much prefer the seated to Lying curl too.
I think it’s all about what feels great for you we’re not all built the same so roll with what feels better.
Obviously the fact you can manipulate the resistance profiles on the prime machines is pretty cool for variation accross your sessions / setsMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hey Guys hope you’ve had a great day.
Normal morning for me and went to see my grandma and grandad for a little bit pre training.
My training felt great today, I made sure I really wound down pre bed last night and woke feeling refreshed!
Hit 150kg RDL for 9 which felt great I think looking back my last two could have gone up for 10 if I’d have breathed properly I rushed a little so I’ll go again with this weight next session x

Happy Thursday to you all.
A usual day of work before heading to the gym to train pull.
This was our lat focused session, was really great! Felt super strong today and really happy with how all the movements looked and felt.
A few new movements added in that are the same focus just different machine due to a few movements not feeling great or not progressing great.

I agree with Nathan – raw cooking for me just keeps my mind at peace. I’ve always done this since I started bodybuilding and feel it works the best. It’s still easy to bulk cook even if cooking raw so it’s not any more time effective to do cooked weight either

Honestly a locally sourced butchers will always be the best option!
Some meal prep companies can be ideal if you are tight on time, but there is nothing better than some real fresh meat, people tend not to go due to cost but I’d rather enjoy what I eat 🙂

It’s super normal having days when you feel this way – we’re all human we all have emotions and we can go from feeling great about things one day to not the next.
The important thing is to look how far you’ve come and see how far you can go if you spend too long focusing on the negatives you’ll pull away from the positives that could be happening
