If the split is working well for you and your life – perhaps addressing a difference in tempo in the lifts or changing the movement may be a way to go instead of completely changing up the split just yet

I agree totally with the above if you’ve not trailed it and not had it the last 20+ weeks I wouldn’t!!

If you’re on TRT it would be putting you in the normal range if anything it would be silly to stop

Back to the gym ??
Pull day and numbers were up all round, I was real happy with performance in there today especially coming off the back of a couple rest days usually takes me some time to get in a Rhythm I actually performed well.
But head felt a little foggy I’m not too sure why hopefully just an off mind day – see how we are tomorrow!

Hey guys
One more day of rest before getting back in the gym I’ve not really had any time off off since post my show so honestly as much as I didn’t want to it was needed
I’ve managed to get some admin stuff all completed too which is nice as the end of the year approaches
Started doing some Christmas shopping and extra little last bit of wedding sorting – so exciting

A really solid session – I’m back to training to failure since yesterday yeaaah.
The session today was amazing I increase just by a little on each exercise I need to not get greedy so things can continue to improve so I’m super super happy with performance today

Hey Guys
Leg day for me – wooop wooop.
I’m with the smith squat woop woop! Doing it on the cybex instead of the Atlantis as it’s smoother and it’s a little more unforgiving (basically a little harder!) 2 plates per side for 14 to start now this is a lot over my rep range but I wanted to be safe get it right snd build from a solid starting point. Can’t wait to see this rise hehe

For sure like Jordan says here you definitely aren’t getting the support you need through this time, unfortunately some coaches cannot sympathise with it or don’t have the time for it.
You can get this sorted – you can continue with bodybuilding the first thing to getting better is accepting help which the post has done.
I struggled real bad with binging and have helped a lot of clients who have and did a few of the below:
– took base food up high so that I wasn’t ever hungry (it’ll take a little bit of time but you will get sick of food – and only then is it time to think about taking food away)
– never had much time alone – planning things to stay busy as you find the times it happens you’re alone.
– increase planned meals away from food plans 2-3 times per week in place of one meal and make them social not eating alone.
These should give you a good start – always here to help. It’s not nice feeling helplessHello meg you are a very smart cookie!! Those 3 tips are amazing! I’m seemingly ravenous all the time, I’ve been spending a lot of time alone within the last 3 weeks & almost eating strictly alone. Amazing thank you.[/quote]
It gets like this because you don’t want people to know, it’s good you’ve spoken about it. Always here to help anytimeMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO
