Hello All
Happy Saturday
Glad it’s a rest day today – neighbours were having a good old shindig for bonfire night last night fireworks going off at all types of hours ?
It’s been a chilled one today and I went to see my grandparents which was incredible!

Hey Drew
We can’t see any pics.
But if you aren’t lean right now and quite out of shape I’d look to run a swift 6-8 week cut. Get down lean and then build back up
There is no point in staying sloppy in the bid for progress as you’ll be most optimal when sitting with body composition in a good place

Hey Guys
Normal day here client work, food prep, dog walking, a new client set up and a consultation
And then to the gym to train pull. I feel like I want to push super hard and feel very ready for it. Today was the last session with being less aggressive Sunday we go ?

I agree with Clare dont over do them and just stick to ones which sit well with you – ones that do with me are the Tesco no added ketchup and lighter than light mayo. And the pizza takeaway 🙂

Hey Guys
Another day done 🙂 a busy one actually due to having a meeting about our pensions earlier today. Just to set us up well for future life.
A day where you look at yourself and can see the softer look of off-season obviously from the pull out off assistance too. Which is cool it’s a part I embrace.
I sometimes do think about what I could have done if I’d have stayed natural I know that’s a super strange thing to think about but I really do take a very small amount and this whole year I’ll have had 1 9 week cycle during offseason and 1 8 week cycle in prep. People don’t believe me / us about time frames and amounts and that’s cool too. But I do think I could have been quite a good natty. It was my choice at the time to add in assistance to follow my dreams of that step up in my physique to gain my pro status. But it is always a thought haha!

Hi! Just wondering about t4 dosage…do you have hypothyroidism or how can your body tolerate this dose?
Thank you![/quote]
Dosages are always based off my blood workMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO

I think with this if your feeling a little wiped from it a couple days off will help you get that little bit better before you get back to it

A fabulous day.
Hammie and Glute day.
Changed my BDstance to bilaterally loaded with the DBs and the connection was unreal – keeping it smart with this till I feel a tad stronger before adding the RDL back in.
Feeling better each day nearly time to go hard

I agree with Clare there does have to be a little element of sitting to recover a little in your day yes you do lay to sleep and it’s a long while you do that but you do need to chill more – even if for a mental rest point of view also. Some switch of time to not over do it physically and mentally

Pull Day
Post off plan – of sushi and some a cruffin we’ve found this cute little cafe that does all lovely desserts but well made and lots of little vegan bits which don’t hate me actually sit so much nicer and taste better too!
Weight came up after that by 0.7 but not looking like any water is holding at all so I’m super happy! Reverse is going super well.
Excited to keep this going

247.6 rest day
Early wake today with a super productive morning, food ready cardio done – this one almost killed me haha did 5 rounds of HITT on stairs…. Fuck it was hard as I turned the intensity up a little to level 16 60 seconds on 90 seconds off at level 5, HR got to 155… last round was pretty eventful took me a good 2 minutes to recover and get my breath ahha super good feeling tho.
Next was 90 minutes deep tissue with jay from RNR and sauna followed by a bath, we ain’t playing with recovery.
Day out with meg planned today getting my suit for my wedding sorted and then cinema to see first Harry Potter for 20 year anniversary can’t wait.
Another day another dollar, tonight I will be in bed super early as tomorrow is my big day and pull day so have to make sure we are on point. @MeganSylvester

Morning All.
Woke at 63.8 today – weight hasn’t moved too much this week since the bump in food and body composition looks a tad better.
I’m really enjoying the HITT work we’ve implemented into the rest days that don’t have legs the day after so around 2 x per week.
Today is a nice day out with Kuba day and some sushi so that will be lovely!

It depends do you get on well without the reverse band? If so don’t add it in.
They are good tools I think when in a deficit or when working around injuries / nibbles but not needed if things are on working order
I do think things like this require a certain training maturity before it’s worth changing it.
And depending on the machine also the reverse can change the strength curve for the better so does depending on the machines you are using also whether it is worth implementing
