If the foods are what you enjoy and you digest them well, I see no issues with it at all

I also see no issues with your routine as long as you stick with it , and it’s something that can fit into your life without it causing stress. It’ll be something that you’ll be able to sustain which is the most important thing, consistency over everything

I would likely add an extra meal when calories allow, especially as food gets higher just so that the meals aren’t super heavy just to keep again your digestion in a great space

Your cardio set up sounds epic if it sits better there it’s no problem, and if you can recover from everything that you have set up with your training I’m sure some cardiovascular work will only give back to that

Hey guys, hope you are well

Hope you’ve had a nice start to your Sunday

It will be a nice lower body session today , looking forward to getting in and getting stuck in

A nice morning , having one of my clients come to see me in person, she looks great ahead of her competition, we are going to do an earlier comp than we had initially planned, as it will actually line up a little bit better for the pro-qualifier hearing in the UK – and we are in a position where we can get up there early she’s getting ready quite early, a nice way to keep stress Low and we will make sure that we manage her for a long season as we push forward

Hope you all have a great Sunday

    Are you tired?

Has your body weight gone up or down a lot recently ?

    Have you gotten stronger ?

Away from work, especially if you push limits with bodybuilding what do you do to care for your recovery?

    Hey guys happy Saturday

    A cool day

First a glute team session with 10 of my clients a mix of different chases, experience and goals – great to pass on things I’ve learnt but nice to see then get to know each other a build some relationships

Then into the NPC workshop Kuba have a great speech on upskilling as an athlete and I was given opportunity to sit on stage with other competitors to share what it takes to become a pro and build up as an athlete

T4 sometimes is used long term safely without use of T3 but again always needs to be blood work led

Firstly yes taking t3 will down regulate / shut off own production in general.

I’m yet to come across any one who did not recover there thyroid to normal levels post extended use.

I’ve used both for atleast 18 months to 2 years solid before as have many many people n clients I know with no issues to note

Thanks for the response, did you run exclussively T3 or also T4?

    [/quote]
If used for an extended period a mix of both will be needed

Yes it’ll lower your natural thyroid production

I’d always go via lab work as to putting in / taking out

I’d never add / remove willy nilly

No issue food will last all day as normal, get some ice packs if your cautious , it would only go off if it’s super warm

    thank you Kuba!

One thing we do is cook our foot nice on the pan, cool, pop in fridge and then grab in the morning – with or without a cook pack it’ll stay good all day

My dad had it and like Louis lanaoprazole is what they gave to him as well, he also did take the natural anti-inflammatories like Curecoming to helpbalongside it and has kept up with that at a high dose to support

I hope she makes a good recovery

I’m with Marc I’d say if closely training to failure you need to be mindful

There are only a handful of times ins block a powerlifter would go even close to failure so if the goal is serious strength work recovery needs ti be thought of

Claire’s set up is great could even run a push pull legs split to gain frequency on all body parts or even a PPL OFF STRENGTH WITH LEG ACCESSORIES UPPER OFF REPEAT and see how you gon

Hey, a lot of my clients at the moment are using Adelphi GH and I haven’t seen any negatives, only the usual positives
If you are able to get a hold of that then definitely want to be able to go with
