First day back on my offseason diet today.
Post comp we had some sushi – yesterday I had my meal plan plus 2 meals missed for an Italian and some nice desserts and a much awaited aperol sprits! Super lush.
Now back to the food with what Kuba posted above ?? and I feel better for it already. I am checking in tomorrow AM so I’ll share my reverse, my thoughts along the way on here for you to see.
First day back in the gym for legs too which was lovely 🙂
Hope you’ve all had a great Tuesday

Hey guys
One day post show – I would have loved a too 10 like I said but 13th for me and a deserved 13th place with the level of muscle the other ladies had over me is insane. So we definitely need a lot more – especially to get that real gnarly look that’s needed just more development needed. More importantly the back of my legs but everywhere NEEDS more for sure!
Back to training low volume from tomorrow after some much needed downtime xx

If you like rice cakes stick with them if you don’t go with normal rice it literally makes zero difference!!

Haha – I’d do an update but looks like Kuba beat me to it.
So I’ll add a pic just for @Corinne as she likes my Serratus ?

If they cause digestive issues then don’t have them there are plenty of other berries you could have instead!

Hey Guys
Happy Thursday
3 days out for me – woke 0.1 up after quite a bit of food yesterday I feel the look was drier and fuller today. Was really happy with the look.
Last push session and was a good one I actually beat my numbers from last session – being mindful of keeping a couple reps from failure fo make sure I keep away from any niggles this close.
Tomorrow we fly to Budapest super excited

It could be down to frequency / split / exercise choice
But more so than anything with all logging body parts it comes down to how well are you actually training it. Form, control and then get strong with it

Happy Wednesday All
This morning I woke at 59.6 – extremely happy with the look today. A tiny touch drier this weekend and this look will be something I am really proud of.
10kg up from my previous years stage weight. It’s not been easy I can’t explain how much work I’ve put into this year – there are still things we could have done differently and better in the offseason to have had an even better year but I’m proud.
I cannot wait to show how things will look this weekend. For now one last season on home soil, fly and then chill ❤️

I like to go a little more pro fat for the first couple of meals on my rest day not to lower calorie count but to give digestion a little break from all the heavy carbs of a training day. And keep the carbs for later meals to make sure sleep stays bang on during a rest day also

Hey All
Another rest day and actually the last rest day in the UK before my show on Sunday.
We will hit up pull (no lower body loading) and push tomorrow and Thursday before flying out on Fridays. Training has actually fallen perfect leading into the show so not had to change anything around with split it order
I’m feel chilled today as me and Kuba have packed everything to go. So all that needs doing is travel day food and to actually fly. So chill.
5 days to go

I agree with Jordan also – pushing things too hard will create non tight waist issues. But with regards to those who have thick slab abs from the way they are built getting wider elsewhere can hide this a little

Hey All
Happy Monday – start to a new week 🙂
6 days out for me after some heavy carbs I woke up just 0.2kg heavier so body is working well and soaking it up.
The look I was happy with this morning. We have reduced my clen a tad before we start the full carb up process everything else remains as is.

Kubas top sets on Spotify or we put lots of mixes on sound cloud – Adam better, swagger, druncode are 3 of the most used

So I see no issue in pushing foods a little later in the day if it means you don’t feel ready for it and you don’t have to eat too late at night.
I wake at 4:30 and don’t eat till 7:30 and that’s 3 hours and I see no issue with this as it allows me to eat every 2 hours for the rest of the day till going to bed and means I don’t eat close adding in fat burners when in a diet phase.
See what works for you but there is definitely no issue in it
