    Hey Everyone

So today was a rest day for me. I worked, dog walked, did my first pole lesson which is so bloody hard, food shopped (forgot most things I needed haha) and then food prepped for tonight and tomorrow.
    Push tomorrow ????

Yes you could go in your traps. Why don’t you try using insulin needles rather than the standard larger?
Can load into a normal plunger and then put into insulin needles to inject

    Evening All

So today was a back to work Monday I had some calls and projects I’m working on to compete, then food prepped, dog walked and then trained legs

Legs session was good running a deload right now so just one working set (the usual back off set numbers) but I feel fresher today ready for rest tomorrow and then Back to it hard on Wednesday x

There’s a greater risk of injury with a bench press rather than the smith or machines as the movement is more fixed. But a bench press would still build real good muscle. Obviously with the current situation people are now adding in things like a bench press due to no access to the gym & machines

    Hi All

So today I dog walked, food shopped, completed all client check ins and trained pull

My session was good just running a slight deload as my body was a little battered so just doing 1 working set of each set ????‍♀️

Like Kam says I like an incline chest press which also hits front delts.
Could add in some upright rows into your plan with the smith also?

Check in day at 16 weeks out

58.7kg – waiting on Kubas response but I’m happy with the drop and progress we’re making visually.

Pics are below for you too. I will update you on any diet changes later

    Hey
Me and Kuba mince our own meat

Love a good fillet moved instead of normal mince

Turkey and chicken is great in there too makes it easier to digest

As Clare says if it is just a hobby I think you can make adjustments as you’ll know when to cut back or when to bulk up.
Just obviously if you do want to make improvements you will need to go some phases which are slightly fluffier in order to make progress
