    Morning All

    Check in today.

Weighing at 59.2kg so that’s a 0.6kg drop nice and steady as we’ve got a long time. Sitting at 19 weeks out steps at 14k a day and food at 5.3k. I can’t see Kuba changing as we’ve dropped the amount that we wanted but we shall see. Still 10 weeks without anavar which we will put in at 16 weeks out ????

    Pics are below

Hey meg prior to kuba how high was your food ?

    Simple answer not very.
When I was diving and when I was younger I always ate a lot as I was super active and needed it for my sport.

But then other coaches had me on super low cals which caused real bad binging post show

I think I was only ever max on 1.5k cals per day in offseaon x

    Hey!

Yes if you feel like things have got sloppy due to look and weight then mini cut would be a good idea. Obviously if you didn’t have a good set up I’d say now isn’t the time as you’d looser muscle but if you have then go for it!

    Hey Corinne

So all set up has stayed the same we have just changed from my banded RDL with BB and DB to a banded rack pull below the knee which I feel lots better in my glutes and hams and then my second rotation is now an RDL with out the band which I’ve not done for a long time so will see how they go.

Hope all of your training is going well ❤️

    Hi All

Hope you’ve had a lovely Tuesday

Today I dog walked, food prepped, worked and then trained pull

We’ve added a new exercise into my plan – a banded rack pull below the knee as I’d been struggling with my RDL this felt lots better on my posterior chain!
