Hey All
Work day again for me so I dog walked and popped off to work until 3 then back home to food prep, food shop, get sushi for Kuba, dog walk, saw my friend and cleaned the house.
Another rest day tomorrow ????????

Depends on how dead I feel- sometimes a week sometimes a few days but I completely rest and stick to rest day foods within this time x

Sounds a little like tendinitis- are you prioritising your recovery?
Adding in some joint supplements like join in or some natural anti inflammatories like cure coming could help

Today was a busy day filming
I dog walked, worked, then worked from home doing some calls, went to her sushi for Kuba, Trained legs – I forgot to take a pic of my log book but session and new rotation was great – back squatted for the first time in 2.5 years managed 100 for 13 looking to develop from here.
Then back home to food prep for

So today has been one hectic day – I dog walked, worked 9-4, food shopped, went home to let the dogs out again and then went to the gym to train push – session was good it’s attached

Like the boys say the closer I get into a deficit the less I use things like forced reps.
But I still train as hard and heavy and look to PB in the gym when I’m a deficit.

Rest day today
I dog walked, went to hot yoga, had my nails done, house cleaned, dog walked again, food prepped, went to Kubas mums for some food and now back home to eat some sushi and cuddle with the dogs!
